Hi everyone, I am Aenna and I am new to this game! I hope to make a few friends while I am here! I am mostly interested in breeding projects and dream dragons!
Outside of Flight Rising I have been playing Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild which I recently got a lot lately! I also play World of Warcraft since I was a little kid (mid-late vanilla tbh) I've also been rereading Harry Potter a lot recently as well :3

Aenna Hello there fellow warcraft/zelda nerd, welcome to Flight Rising! I'm Faeninaa, nice too meet you. Normaly questions are ask in the Help center, But I'll try to anwser them anyway.
1. What are familars and what do they do?
They are like pets for your dragon, when bonding you get rewards like treasure and when the bound improves you'll get a chest (full of goodies)
2. What is a ping?
An announchment that you have been mentioned in a post. You should get a notifcation when I used @

3. How do you get more treasure and gems?
Treasure can get from game (fairground) by bonding with your familars and training and exalting flodder.
If your clan engerybar stays above 80% (for more than 3 days in a row) you ear 1 gem everyday. Gems are a prenium currency and can be bought at the shop.
4. How do you get more dragons?
From the auctionhouse (a very dangerous place if you intent to save tresure/gems) the forums and user to user.
5. What is dominance?
Dominance is determined by a flight's dedication to exalting dragons. These dragons leave their home lairs to forever serve under their elemental deity, using their combined power to help combat the other flights, as well as the newly-emboldened Beastclan hordes.
Each Saturday, the top three flights with the highest ratio of exaltations will receive special bonuses for the following week. Beware, however: If the Beastclans secure one of the three top slots, no flight will receive that slot's bonuses.(

6. What are genes?
Gene are the way your dragon look. and there are 3 types of genes Primary (main body) Secondary (wings) and tetritary. The tert only shows when its gened (like the gene underbelly or Runes) Find out more

My tips for the game-
Don't exalt your Progens (that's the first two dragons you get when you join) lots of people do then regret it later when they realize Gen One dragons are collectable. Some people are happy they exalted theirs but hang on to them until you are fairly familiar with the game. If you do end up doing it you can get them back using this link:

Go to the raffles and giveaways forum as a lot of players do special giveaways for new players.
During festivals make sure you use all your gathering turns in that element's domain and if possible use them in digging so you get a chance at getting festival chests. So its the lightning festival now so you'd need to select lightning to get a chance of getting the festival currency!
