Hello! I'm Ghoulio!
I just joined and have been slowly trying to figure things out on here. Everything is so detailed and intricate, it's a lot to take in!

I'm hoping to make some new friends while I play and breed and spar with pretty dragons. I'm especially excited to write lore for my dragons as I see that looks to be a common thing to do here.

What is your favorite thing about FR? What would you recommend a newbie do and work on first?

Dragon Lair
-
The dragon lair is where you can view all your dragons! You can feed, view, edit, and do more, with your dragons!

Nesting ground
-
You can select and breed your dragons here. Also, you have to incubate the nest 5 times, once per day to hatch the eggs.

Gather items
-
You can gather : food, materials and more. You have limited times you can gather. I recommend doing this :

Hunting - 2 times
Fishing - 2 times
Insect - 2 times
Foraging - 2 times
Digging - 1 time
Scavenging - 1 time.

That way you can get everything, and use all your gather points.

Clan profile
-
This is YOUR clan profile. You can edit, and type your profile, or the clan profile.

Hoard
-
Find, and view all the things you own [other then dragons]. When you get food from gathering, you can click one and convert it to food points which then you can use to feed your dragons. [Dragons do not die of hunger, none die caused to anything lol]

Bestiary
-
View all your familiars, there basically pets that can be attached to your dragons. The bestiary is where you can see which pets/familiars you have and which ones you don't.

Messages
-
Send or Read messages.

Purchase Gems
-
Here you can purchase gems, a more exclusive currency that is used to buy exclusive items/dragons/etc. You have to use real money to buy these.

Merch
-
Just some flight rising merch.

Marketplace
-
The marketplace is a shop thats managed by flight rising. They are the normal prices for items which makes it more expensive...

Auction House
-
This is like the normal place, to buy and sell dragons, items, and more. They are all sold by people like you.

Trading Post
-
The trading post has a bunch of NPCS [none playing characters]. You can do certain things 1 time per day to get rewards! Check in to the trading post everyday

Crossroads
-
Crossroads are basically the trading place. You can send crossroads/trades to whoever.

Custom Skins
-
I can't really explain so you have to view the page yourself.

Festivee Favors
-
This is the same as the skins.

Fairgrounds
-
You can play in the fairgrounds to earn money. I recommend playing Tidal Trouble. You can earn about 300 - 450 treasure/coins per 1-2 minutes. Earn money quickly!

Coliseum
-

To get someone's attention in the forum and notify them when you say something, use @ and then one's name tag. Like this : @happyday1023.
Check into "gathering" "trading post" "Nesting grounds" every day.
Play at least 10-20 minutes in "Tidal Trouble" Or a fairground game where you can earn treasure/money. That way you can earn money quickly.

Hi, I'm Blue. Welcome to Flight Rising!
If you're going to be fighting in the Coliseum, I'd recommend this guide by Culex. It's great for quickly training dragons.
If you're looking to make treasure, one of the easiest ways in the Fairgrounds is Glimmer and Gloom. It can be difficult in the higher levels, but you'll get a ton of treasure, and there are a bunch of guides if you get stuck. Here's the one I use.
One of my favorite parts of Flight Rising are the elemental holidays! There's a holiday on the last week of every month, one for each of the elemental flights and the Night of the Nocturne in December. During the holidays, you can get apparel, familiars, and scenes that match the theme from the Festive Favors shop. Here's a list of the holidays for each month.

January-Crystalline Gala (Ice)
February-Trickmurk Circus (Shadow)
March-Mistral Jamboree (Wind)
April-Wavecrest Saturnalia (Water)
May-Greenskeeper Gathering (Nature)
June-Brightshine Jubilee (Light)
July-Thundercrack Carnivale (Lightning)
August-Flameforger's Festival (Fire)
September-Starfall Celebration (Arcane)
October-Riot of Rot (Plague)
November-Rockbreaker's Ceremony (Earth)
December-Night of the Nocturne, where you can get Nocturne eggs and a bunch of other stuff. This page has information about it as well as a list of things you can get.
