Hello! Welcome to my Challenge thread! I'm Viri, and I'm trying to name a hatchling after each active user. I chose plentiful breeds so the breeding cooldown's shorter, and I grabbed two of the cheapest RTB dragons of the Auction House. Luckily, they have pretty nice genes and their children match relatively well. [b][u]Guidelines:[/u][/b] -There are thousands of active Flight Rising accounts with the number growing every day, so yes, this goal will probably never be achieved. However, it will be fun to try, so why not? -If you want a hatchling named after you, check out the guidelines relating to that in the post below. If there is no one waiting for a hatchling to be named after them, I will consult the active players list and send a PM to verify whether or not the user is okay with one of the hatchlings being named after them. -Each person will get [i]one[/i] hatchling named after them, unless they change their username to something completely different. If you know you're going to change your username soon, tell me so that I can wait until you've decided on one. -Each name will be assigned randomly, without regards to gender or appearance of the hatchling, unless the player requests that the one named after them has some specific trait, in which case I will uphold their wishes. -After every hatch, I will ping the namesakes. If they wish to keep the hatchling, I will give it to them for free. Otherwise, they'll be sold as fodder/exalted, unless someone else specifically asks for one of the unwanted ones. So, you've come to this thread and now you want one of their hatchlings named after you?

-Just comment if you want one named after you! Since there's usually a lot of people asking, I'm not able to respond to each person, but don't worry- I definitely saw your request and added you to the list regardless of if I responded.

-All hatchlings will be assigned names randomly without regards to gender or general appearance of the hatchling unless otherwise specified. If you would like to request a specification for your namesake, such as gender or a specific color or gene, just put it in your comment, and I'll make sure to uphold it.

-It might take a while for me to get to your username, so I apologize in advance.

-Before I name each hatchling, I check if the user is active or not. If they don’t appear to be, I’ll skip them. If you return from a hiatus and are indignant that you were skipped, let me know and I’ll add you again.

-I will ping you when a hatchling receives your name, and I will also ping everyone on the pinglist with every hatching. I'll also send you a one-way Crossroads containing the hatchling. However, you're not obligated to keep it; just let me know if you don't want it!

-If you don’t respond to the Crossroads after 10 days, or if I realize you’re inactive, I’m exalting the hatchling. I’m sorry, but I just don’t have the lair space to keep waiting.

-If you want to be added/taken off the pinglist, just ask!

Aurora58002, since numbers can't be put in dragons' names, I did Roman numerals. If you would like to have your dragon, I'll send it over for free by the Crossroads. You can do whatever you would like with it, even exalt it, I don't mind. If you don't want it, which is completely fine, I'll sell them on the Auction House. @Surreptitious @Amberclawed @Oblivii @Nzoth @MaplesHaiku @eefles @ather @papper All of you requested to be pinged if I could pull this off, in the thread where I first came up with this idea. Well, it's only three dragons/users today, but it's a start! I've decided I will keep going at least until each user who expressed interest in having one named after them has one, and probably after that, too.

This idea is really cool! Could you name one after me as well? I'd prefer it to be female, but male is fine too! Good luck!!
