Welcome to Moth's Ultimate Lair Quest!
| Introduction & Rules | Progress | How to Help | Pinglist |
Just glancing at my lair, you can tell I like faes. I've got a decent collection of them. But that's just the decoy, a facade hiding my true, and most terrifying, hoard - or, rather, horde - of faes. In my hibernal den, you'll find a second collection. Once it's finished, they'll take over my lair, and their numbers will be so great they'll eat several stacks of insects in one day. A true nightmare.
So what's the plan here? XXY faes. Skink/Spinner/Runes. Tertiary color matches the alternate color of the skink and spinner. One for every color on the color wheel. Pretty simple, right? I... do you really think so? Is anything in this game simple? We're in dragon hell. Of course not.
This is a HUGE project that is going to cost a lot of time and pixel money. If we assume each dragon I buy is going to be missing all genes and isn't a fae, that's over 500 gems per dragon. Which adds up to a total of over 88k gems. Almost as much as it costs to buy a light sprite. This isn't even counting all the items I'll need to expand my hibernal den, or the price it costs to buy the dragons off the auction house. Also, a lot of these color combos are surprisingly obscure, meaning I may even have to start a breeding project or ten to get what I want. So yes. I am here to waste lots of my time and money.
And YOU can help me! >:D

Rules(..?)
- Only perfection allowed. I want to get as close to the alternate color. Sure, maybe I could go with Ice/Ice/Sanddollar. I'd probably find it quicker, but where's the fun in that, when it doesn't quite match?
- Disregard eye color. Yes, I may have just said perfection is key, but like... this quest is already hard enough. I don't need to make it literally impossible.
- Complete one color range at a time.No hopping back and forth between greens and reds and purples. That would get confusing
and stressfulreally fast.
- No geneing dragons until I have ALL of the combos. I need to save money for dragons, so if I find an obscure combo I can buy it up quickly.
And, an additional rule for the thread, rather than the quest: No need to ping me! I am subscribed! :D
