Mantel is a lich. Because he is undead, Mantel is also immortal and sterile. He is also the only one who can command zombies, so he is immune from banishment as well. He is not, however, immune from being supplanted as leader. [list] [*]If Mantel gets caught up in Rule #1, pretend he's not ready to breed and grab a random hatchie. [*]If he gets caught up in Rule #2, his lover dies if he regenerates. If his lover dies, they're resurrected as a mindless zombie. [*]Any dragon that dies on a Crime Mission with Mantel, flip a coin. Heads, they stay dead. Tails, they get zombified. [*]Every zombie roaming outside the base adds a number to the die for #10, as the newbies have to contend with the monsters outside as part of their [s]hazing[/s] initiation. It [i]also[/i] adds a number to the die for any Crime Time that Mantel is involved in-- he's got undead monsters helping him, which means everyone has a better chance of surviving.
