You have been invited to this year's team-building exercise crafted for our Sparks. All flights are encouraged to join; after all networking is important! Grab a camera, create a temporary Employee Identification Card and analyze the tasks below in order to maximize your productivity! However, these tasks do not include [i]collecting[/i] anything, instead you will [b]taking photos with the item and your[/b] [b]Employee Identification Card[/b] present. Identification Card you ask? Well you wouldn't get far in Lightning's corporate world without one, so it's only sensible! It is also your way to prove it was you that finished each task! It will be unique to you because you can decorate it much as you'd like! [b]The only required items are your USERNAME, your FR ID #, and 07/2021 (this year's date)![/b] I recommend using bold font. There are examples in the FAQ. You will then take your photos and upload them to an image hosting website. I suggest [url=https://imgur.com/]Imgur[/url], as it is pretty user-friendly. There is a post in the FAQ for how to use the website. Once your image is on the hosting website, you will create a post here on this forum and share your photos! Near the tasks is a template that will make it easier for you. Please do not delete your post. However you can edit it at any time before the end of the event. From there on, keep adding photos at your leisure during the event (July 18th - July 31st) until you've completed as many tasks as you can!

Remember you can be as creative with these as you want, however I found that the bolder you made the writing, the better it looked and the easier it was to be legible even when it was blurry. It will make it more difficult for me to tally your score, and I may miss any new posts you make. [*][size=4][b]Am I eligible for any rewards even if I can't complete everything?[/b][/size] Yes! Everyone will receive a participation badge. Just click on the REWARDS tab at the top of this post and it will take you there. Also, every task you complete will earn you points. Each point counts as a raffle number that will be placed in an RNG calculator. If you are chosen from that, you will be able to earn one of the reward packages! [*][size=4][b]Can I see how many points I have?[/b][/size] Of course. I will calculate everyone's point value at least once per day. You can check how you are doing on the spread sheet on the front page. [*][size=4][b]I can't figure out how to do one of the tasks. What should I do?[/b][/size] The tasks are pretty general, but if you can't find any around your home, get creative! I am not going to be a stickler about images being perfect. Can you find a replica? Or perhaps you could draw or make something? Let me know if you still are having difficulties, and we can work something out. Your point values won't change, since this isn't a photography contest, but if it makes you happy, it makes me happy. [*][size=4][b]Can I use an outside location like Google Docs to track my progress?[/b][/size] No. Please use only the forum post. I won't be able to track the time things are posted if you use the doc, and that would be unfair to everyone else. [*][size=4][b]How do I use Imgur?[/b][/size] First make an account. Then hit "New Post" from there it will take you to a screen with a box that says "drop images here." You can either drag and drop a photo into that box, or you can hit "Choose photo/Video" to manually search your device for the photo you are looking for. Once you have successfully done this, it will change to a new page that has your photo. Hover over the photo and click the three dots. Click "Get Share Links" and it will have an option for BBC code. Copy and paste it to the correct challenge. Ta Da! You've done it! Now back to work! [*][size=4][b]How will I know if I've won anything?[/b][/size] The day after Thundercrack ends, I will do the final tally, and check date stamps on posts. From there, I will do the RNG generator, and I will ping all the winners. You will have three days to claim your reward. Should you not do so, I will reroll.
