The drawing time on Halloween will be announced based on my work schedule. I am hoping for a time around 6pm EST which would be 1500 Flight Rising time but I do not know what my schedule will be then.

All entries are purchases of a chance to win a prize. 25 people will be winners. I reserve the right to increase that number with additional prizes if I so desire. Entry fees are non-refundable.

The Ping requirement is there to protect all entrants as well as myself. It will be an open record that can be used to resolve any issues should they arise.The ping also time stamps your entry.

You can send as many entries at any time during the day but due to work and life I will not necessarily respond promptly.As explained by Doubtfire above the time stamps will determine which entrant was first and gets the lower numbers.
