So, here's a solution:

It's worth noting that Diabolos does not care about whether or not these dragons are kept or exalted, but don't just buy them as a cheap means of getting money, it will be most infuriating for our local leader. Nor does he care about how many you take, but for many reasons, you can take a maximum of three dragons per day
There is no need to ping me, I am subscribed, and if you would like to be added to the ping list, let me know and I'll add you ~
As for donations: sure, if you wanna donate a dragon I will accept it, so long as I have space available for them ~
