Arcane really HAS gone all-out for Starfall, as usual, and amazingly few of the activities seem to involve very many potentially explosive materials at all! How could you possibly choose what to do first? As it happens, two dragons- a fae and an imperial- deep in what seems to be an argument, draw your attention. There's a lot of gesturing between the fruit-colored ridgeback the imperial has hogtied, the cashbox the fae is sitting on, and the giant mound of... party supplies? Glowing party supplies? It's a curious enough mess to draw you closer. The ridgeback seems to accepted his fate and barely spares you a glance, but the fae notices you coming a moment before the imperial does. The brightly-colored fae is named Tomarr, while the scholarly-looking purple and blue imperial calls himself Patchkey. The ridgie, they explain, was a member of the gang that stole one of Patchkey's research notebooks, and he was trying to make off with the mass of glowing oddities behind them, making quite the mess while doing so. The stuff still needs to be sold, Tomarr explains. So, for a fair fee, you can reach into the glow pile and take whatever you grab. Sounds like a fair deal, yeah?
