Ahhh ó-ò *stressed noises*

Anyways:

The daylight was just breaking the cold and night sky, the colors were changing from dark blue to pastel purple. The forest and the heavens were silent. All the creatures were still sleeping. But one. A stunning coatl, with the colors of sunshine, was flying her way towards the edge of the forest. She went for a stroll in the wood yesterday night but she fell asleep in the tranquillity of the forest’s heart. She was in quite good mood from her enjoyable slumber. She could still feel the soft grass under her feet, the calming silence soothing her to sleep, but most especially the cool breeze that blew the summer heat from her.
She gently flapped her wings and land gracefully when she arrives to her clan. All her movements were made as silently as possible since she didn’t want to wake her friends. She looked at the sky one more time before entering in her nest, the colors were already pastel orange and the sun started to come out. But who was the sunshine really, her or the sun?

I hope you enjoyed it ^^ I started writing as soon as I saw your message, but at the same time wanted to keep it poetic making you feel the sensations as you were reading ^^

@Xuelian Haha, i probably shouldn’t be getting more dragons right now for the sake of my lair, but i had to get this girl, she’s so pretty! Yamaizumi was born with powers stronger than expected. She was unusual, and was often training alone. Instead of just controlling her ice powers, she learned to control water as well. The other dragons in her clan often marveled at her skills at her abilities, but Yamaizumi wasn’t selfish about it. She shared her powers with the others in her clan, filling caverns with clean water so the dragons in her clan could have easy access to water, she created ice sculptures to decorate the lair with. But even with all this, the dragons in her clan wanted more. They asked her for more, expected more from her, until in the end Yamaizumi cracked from under this pressure. She fled the clan one day when she couldn’t stand it anymore, fleeing into the starry night, hoping to find a place where the dragons excepted each other as they were.

@Xuelian (*nervous newbie*) Diligent claws worked through pages, gentle not to rip any of their soft, ancient edges. The medium sized observatory, set into a high tower, its appearance between medieval and arabian, was the home of this peculiar mirror. Kemuri took more interest in books and stargazing than she ever did a pack life, and the stares from the fellows of her breed didn't shake her soul-wound desires for knowledge. Small, petite rays of sunlight splashed against the colorful windows of the room. They distorted in color and fell onto the shiny, slick silver surface of Kemuri's scales, awash in vibrant colors since early that morning. A timid spiral peeked up from behind a railed staircase, their eyes set and peering from just above the floor platform. "Mistress, SunStruck calls for your presence. His radiance informs me that he carries for you important news." Kemuri turned about in her sturdy-made, lavishly cushioned chair. Instinctually, the chair had been quite embarrassing to her deeply ingrained roots, but over the times, she began to realize such comfort was not so bad. The sore back and neck weren't worth the pride. Her neck craned over the back of it before she leaned her elbows on her desk and rubbed her cranium just above her sets of eyes. "I shall be there momentarily," she hissed, flicking a wing (a little too aggressively) in dismissal. The spiral squeaked, clearly quite frightened by the mirror's behavior, though not unfamiliar. Kemuri didn't see so much as heard the other leave, the frantic pit-pattering of feet and the sudden unfurl of wings clue enough. She took a last sigh as she raked her claws down her exhausted features. "He better have made a breakthrough."

She'll fit right into my Celestial Council ^.^ -- The first thing she saw when she opened her eyes was light. A brilliant light bright enough to blind. She turns her face away and shuts her eyes once more. Her talons attempt to dig into the ground beneath her but she felt nothing but a cold, hard surface. Confused, she carefully opens her eyes once more. The ground below her was made of what looked to be dark blue crystal which glittered like stars. As she tilts her head to look above her, she sees millions of shining orbs in the sky. They flow together in a lazy way, like fish in a calm river. Her confusion only grew as the moments passed. Where was she? How did she even come to be in this place? What even was this place. The questions swirled in her head, making her dizzy. Suddenly, the light from moments before was by her side again. It was more bearable to look at now and she could make out the figure of another dragon. "Beautiful, isn't it?" The dragon had a glowing aura around her. Her kind golden eyes land on the young dragon beside her. "The Soul Stream, we call it. All dragon souls come here to rest once their time on the surface is up." Her voice was soft and soothing, almost motherly as she explained the orbs in the sky. The young dragon feels something like concern well up inside of her. She had heard of the Soul Stream from the elders. If she was seeing it now, that must mean... "S-So...I'm...I've-" She struggles to find her words. The other dragon nods with a soft sigh. Her eyes are suddenly full of sadness. "Yes. But you you get to rest here, among us who make up the stars." She nods "Come with me, little one. I am Siva, and I will make sure you are comfortable here with us." the dragon, Siva, tilts her head with a smile. "Siva," the dragon repeats. "Like...the Goddess Siva?" She was astonished that the Mother of all Dragons herself would come greet her. A glint of amusement appears in the goddess's eyes. She stands and spreads her glowing wings. "Come, my little one. You have been deemed worthy to be part of the Celestial Council." She touches the tip of her snout to the other dragon's. The dragon's eyes widen. A bright light shines throughout her body, and she feels incredibly warm. She was suddenly glowing like Siva and her body was shining like stars. She shudders as Siva moves away from her. She felt strangely lighter now. She spreads her glitterings wings and flaps them a few times. They were stronger than they had ever been before. She caught a glimpse of Siva sporting a proud expression. "Follow me. The others are awaiting your arrival." Siva turns away. The young dragon could only watch in awe as the goddess gracefully strides away. she trots along behind her, wondering what the goddess had in store for her.

Divination stood out. Not just because of her scales or the fact that she was the fastest flyer in her tribe. It was because she could see the future. Because of this, dragons were constantly asking her for advice and soon the leader of her tribe promoted her to his council. Every day, she divined outcomes of various until stars spun before her eyes. She didn't mind at first. She was helping her tribe and there was no real damage being done. She was getting better at seeing the future. But one day she was so overworked she almost collapsed. So she asked her leader for a day off. He told her that she was making a vital contribution...so no days off. He refused to change his mind, then asked what the next war would bring. Divination could hardly see into the future at the moment, so she told him a random story.

That evening, Divination fled her tribe. She didn't know where she was going or what to do. But she knew one thing: she wasn't going to be used anymore.
