For this week, the other water reps and I have come up with a family friendly event for all those lovely dragon families. Of course, you do not need hatchlings to participate! For a small fee of a few treasure (or even those tasty gems), you can have a net to dip into the water. You get to keep whatever you bring up with your net! It could be seafood, it could be a message in a bottle, seaweed -- those pesky familiars -- you name it! Of course, it would seem the Toridae have been leaving their toys lay around. You might catch those too. I apologize if that's the case. Everybody will be able to leave with at least a small souvenir for participating. Those are always worth collecting, right? ------------ -------- Welcome to Water's Dip a Net: A Grab Bag Thread event for this week! It's a new spin on an old favorite. It's mostly focused on food stuffs, but those food stuffs are creek/river/ocean themed! You might gain a goodie in a form of other items though. It's basically a free for all for what you [i]might[/i] find in the waters where our dragons roam. Pollution is a real issue, and I thought this would be a fun way to show that some of these things [i]really[/i] shouldn't be in our waters. There will be badges. No event would be complete without badges. I just happened to have this one planned a bit more in advance then my other grab bag events I've hosted. Therefore, come on down to dip a net!
