Do NOT edit a previous post and update with a new guess as I will not see it. [b]Q: Can you please breakdown when a number change occurs, a new clue goes up, posting two guesses on Sunday, or when you ping the weekly pinglist?[/b] [u]Number Change[/u]: A number change MAY occur on Sundays around 12 FRT ONLY IF the number has been guessed at least once. If it has not been guessed the number will NOT change. [u]New Clue[/u]: A new clue goes up around 12 FRT on Sundays, regardless if there is a number change (up to 3 clues, possibly more if the number is proving difficult). [u]Sunday Guesses[/u]: You can post TWO guesses on Sundays. 1) Anytime BEFORE 12 FRT - So before any change or update occurs. 2) Another guess anytime AFTER 12 FRT - With the change of a new number, and/or with the knowledge of a new clue. [u]Weekly Pinglist[/u]: I only ping the weekly pinglist, around 12 FRT, when a new number is posted. If only a clue gets added, there will NOT be a ping. [b]Q: Can I be pinged when a new clue drops, winners are announced, daily reminders, etc?[/b] I currently only like to keep a couple 'general' weekly/monthly pinglists that will [i]only[/i] be pinged at their specific conditions (review the top of the page for more detail). I suggest making a note or reminder for yourself to check this thread particularly on Sundays as that is when a new clue will always will be unveiled. [b]Q: Can I post make up numbers for days I might have missed?[/b] No. One daily post, per person, is a specified rule for a reason. As previously suggested, if you need help remembering to visit the thread to post a guess, I suggest writing down a reminder for yourself or even setting a daily reminder or alarm in your phone. If you are unable to access FR, all I can do is apologize for that as I do not wish to make exceptions to this as it feels unfair to others. [b]Q: Why do you run this raffle? What happened to your monthly & 1 ticket raffles?[/b] My previous raffles have been condensed into one, this one! I run this raffle because I still wanted to run a raffle but needed it simplified enough to easily manage in between my full time work schedule. I have many items & dragons I'd like to give away and think this is a fun way to do that. [b]Q: How long have you been running raffles?[/b] I have been running various raffles since October of 2018! I have been running this specific raffle since August of 2021. [b]Q: Where do you get all the items/dragons you raffle off?[/b] I spend a lot of my time in the coliseum, so mostly everything was dropped/farmed there. Other items come from opening chests, gather turns, brewing, etc. Dragons come from previous donations or my hatchery. [b]Q: Do you need any raffle prize donations?[/b] Not particularly. I am pretty confident in my ability to provide items/dragons for these raffles, and would rather be able to do that myself than accept donations. Thank you for your generosity though! [b]Q: I am interested in running my own raffle, do you have any suggestions or tips that could maybe help me out?[/b] Thanks for looking to me to be your guide, but I mostly figured out how to run raffles by trial and error. My suggestion to you is to look at multiple raffle threads, and take in any ideas, rules, layout schemes, etc that may interest you and implement them in a way to make your own style.
