Moving around the land, the massive imperial tries his best to not seem offensive and threatening. This is simply Nomin’s daily routine at this point — find, rescue, nurse, and rehome. [i]A doctor with a questionable path sets his path to find perfect families and clans that are willing to take in his weirdlings.[/i] The imperial has spent a long time finding weird, Shade - scented, and fodder dragons for his Collection, though as if a lightning bolt hit him hard in the head and struck the right nerve, he came to the conclusion that he can help his beloved collection dragons…

All dragons given out on this thread will be free. Some of them come with lore and/or art, but some of them will not.

One of the Collection helpers or I write lore for some of these dragons, but some others are came with lore or a breeding lineage and hatchery. (You can most likely easily tell which are the lores I or our Collection helpers wrote by just looking at the bio format.)

I will stress this over and over again; I strongly wish for these dragons to go to a good home, therefore, if you don't exalt the dragons or resell them at fodder price, that would be greatly appreciated. Because of my intentions for dragons on this thread to go to a good home, I will be tracking the dragons. If I find that they are exalted within two weeks after taken by a user for three times, I will refuse to give dragons to you.

Oh, wow, maybe I should’ve put that in the rules, but, oh well. And speaking of, that brings us to –

* I can't stop you if you exalt or resell the dragons you get here at fodder price -- but I will choose to not give any more dragons to you if you choose to do so.

* Be respectful to everyone in the thread; if there is a problem, please take it into PMs to me

* You may take three dragons per day from this thread.

* Please ask politely in clear words if you would like to adopt a dragon.

* If you do not pick up the dragon in three days the CR will be canceled and the dragon goes back to adoption.

* If you ask for a dragon in the "New" section of Preparation, that does not count. You have to ask when the dragon is actually up for adoption.

* If the dragon is in Preparation but is "Returning", I will or will not give you the dragon if you ask.

* If you see a dragon in Intense Preparation, I am more than happy to give you the dragon if you are sure that you want them and will take a good care of them!

* (optional, but please do so if you have the time! It helps me by a lot) When asking for a dragon, please post their widget image along with the message; it helps me keeping track.

* If a dragon is unnamed (which will be rare, because I tend to name off of the rescues), please provide a name for them. Additionally, if you do not like the current name, please do tell me that when requesting to adopt a dragon; I will give you a renaming scroll to go along with the dragon for free.

* If you no longer want the dragon, please try to rehome them, or send them back to the Collection Sanctuary!

* New dragons up for adoption will be updated every Wednesday and Sunday.

* If more than one person request to rehome the same dragon before I can reply to a single person, a random number generator will be used to determine which person gets the dragon, unless the former owner of the dragon wishes to pick a new owner of the dragon them self. This rule is loose, as if I am available at the time, this rule will not even be used. But basically, if you see someone asking for a dragon you really want, and I haven't replied, go for it and ask for that dragon as well! You still have a chance.

* Dragons will come with apparels and/or familiars they are shown with, if any.

* I sometimes design OCs based on the dragons; dragons that come with OC designs are free to use for you, and you can feel free to put them on Toyhouse and develop them more; however if you are putting an OC designed from a Collection dragon onto Toyhouse, please credit me as the artist when uploading the images that I drew. (I am OverheartBlue on Toyhouse as well.)

* Aaaand that’s about it. I will adjust the rules by changing old ones and adding new ones when I see fit.

OPEN: The Collection Sanctuary is fully operational, updating twice every week with new dragons.

LOCK DOWN: The Collection Sanctuary is no longer accepting new dragons until most of the ones already in it have found homes. This is a time for revamp, real life busy circumstances, and a period to give dragons more lore/art. There is no distinguishing between the ones seeking homes and the ones in the Preparation. They all can be adopted.

CLOSE: The Collection Sanctuary is closed because there are no dragons up for adopting, or real life circumstances disallow me to run the sanctuary.

Dragons up for adoption will be fodders that I picked off the AH, donations from other people, and dragons I got for free from their previous owners that no longer want them. If you have any dragons you don't want, you can send them to me and they will be up for adoption here.

The new dragons are going to stay in the Preparation section for 3 - 6 days before the next adoption update. While in the Preparation section, those dragons will receive art, lore, and anything else from our kind staff members. Then, after the wait, those dragons will be up for adoption for a week. If no one takes them, they shall be returned to the Preparation section to be given more interesting character development.

Because snagging fodders off the AH takes money, to bring in fund, I will be hosting raffles from time to time. These raffles will have valuable prices, such as a permachildren, level 25 dragons, and elemental eggs.



Here will be instructions for how to prepare a dragon!
There will always be dragons in the Preparation section. Or, you can scroll down and see the dragons in preparation, under the dragons up for adoption. I will not be sending them outside of my lair though, to keep things not so confusing. (I have tried working out a "off site" holding system, but it didn't make sense to me, so that will be put on hold.) So, please head to the Collection Sanctuary Lore/Art Hub, where you can share your ideas and art and work with other staff. Or, you can pick a dragon, you draw/write lore for them, and then you PM the art/lore to me. I will put it in the dragon's bio. You can leave your signature in the drawing and request to be credited as the lore writer in the dragon's bio, but if you don't ask, I wouldn't leave your name.

I don't leave mine in lores; I just add signatures in the drawings.

For lore, it is encouraged to include the dragon's time in the sanctuary, but it isn't necessary. All we are looking for is a good story for a weird dragon trying to find a home.

For art, you can draw FR dragons as FR dragons, as humanoids, or as other characters -- there isn't really a restriction for what the subject is, as long as it doesn't go against the FR rules! So, no extreme gore or NSFW scenes or anything like that. I don't feel like I need to say it but I just did anyway.

There are so many ways you could help us get the sanctuary running!

* Rehome a dragon! Obviously —

* Become an art/lore contributor of some rescue dragons! You don’t need to do it consistently at all – any short stories and small art pieces will be greatly appreciated.

* Donate to the sanctuary! We are always in need of gems and treasures (to rescue more fodders off the auction house and to expand lair space so more dragons can be housed at a time) and food (to feed everyone). Any donations, no matter big or small, are greatly appreciated.

* Send in dragons you don’t want to the sanctuary to be rehomed! We don’t mind if they are ugly — that’s the whole point; the Collection is filled with weirdos.

* Put the sanctuary banner in your forum signature! The link of the banner is provided in the message below.
