Character Creation Rules and Guidelines
You are allowed to play either as a pair of Dragon-Captain or you can pair your characters, (dragon or captain), to others', so long as you can reach an agreement.
You are also allowed to make as many characters as you like, however at the start it is preferable the number of characters created by the same person to be limited at two per nations.
If you want a Dragon-Captain pair that is solely played by you, they will only count as one ‘character slot’ (even though they are two) and you will be allowed to make another Dragon-Captain pair or create one Captain for another person’s dragon and vice-versa.
If you wish to, you can also play as a Feral dragon or as a lower-ranking officer who doesn’t have his or her own dragon yet and is instead assigned to another player’s dragon’s crew.
Concerning dragon breeds
Breed limitation
Not all breeds will be available to play. Some will be but in small numbers. This shouldn’t be too surprising since some dragon breeds in-universe are only found in very specific regions of the world or are simply very rare. For this roleplay there will be two types of breed limitation. The first are “Globally limited breeds”, which means the breeds listed will be limited in numbers across all the nations and formations of this roleplay. This list will mostly include foreign dragon breeds who are rarely found in service in one of the currently playable European nation. The second type of limitation is by formation, which basically means that certain breeds will only be available in low numbers within a formation, but will still be playable should a new formation is created.
The list below will include the dragon breeds that are considered to be limited either globally or by formation and will include the number available in (*).
Globally limited breeds
Celestial (0)
Other non-European dragons (0 at the start, unless you propose something that makes sense)
Kazilik (2)
Limited breed within a formations
Longwing (1 per formation)
Flamme-de-Gloire (1 per formation)
Regal Copper (1 per formation)
Grand Chevalier (1 per formation)
Petit Chevalier (2 per formation)
Chanson-de-Guerre (2 per formation)
Chequered Nettle (2 per formation)
Défendeur-Brave (2 per formation)
Creating your own dragon breed
As some nations have a rather underwhelming number of dragon breeds (Primarily Prussia and Austria), players are allowed to create their own dragon breeds. However, please do not make those custom breeds overpowered.
When creating a breed, please provide the information about your custom breed in this form and send that form to me in a PM.

For now, only non-British and non-French dragon breeds will be allowed to be created as the other nations need them more.
