Igors tired wings had carried him all the way from Rotrock Rim, over all of the sea of a thousand currents, where he then could finally land in the highland scrubs of the Shifting Expanse.
His clan leader asked him to scout lands much farther beyond than where they usually crawled. All territories right along their own was usually checked up on once in a while, to make sure their territory could grow and even more importantly didnt shrink. But, rarely did they check on the flights beyond whats always near.
As spirals have seemingly endless amounts of energy until they suddenly drop in a knot to sleep, Igor was the obvious choice for this task, as much as Igors boss Baldur protested, not wanting to lose his new but definetely precious assistant.
Igor gladly took the task upon himself though. He was just a small spiral, not even originally born under the plaguebringers wings, but, he'd still attempt to make his mark across sorniet for her.
But, now that he landed- he fell into a loud snore, his eyes closed as his body just slumped back and curled around itself, onto one of the many tiny trees in the area. He needed the bit of rest before going where more dragons, specially stronger ones, would reside. Not that he feared hed meet many, as far as Igor knew, most lightning dragons usually concerned themselves solely with work.

The spiral arose from his sleep like spirals do, as if he'd never slept in the first place. The voice hit his eardrums, making him wide awake, huge eyes mostly hidden under his hat with mask, but still staring wide at the dragon in front himself.
Did he want to avoid confrontation? Did he seek it? He couldn't remember right now. Contrary to popular believe, not all of a spiral was always wide awake like the rest of them as they woke. For one, Igors brain was still only slowly processing.
His nose flaring, his eyes peeking closer, and closer, his body slithering around the mirror quick, he was trying to identify her, not caring for any sort of personal space.
Nope.
He didn't know her.
With a shrill of a roar, he bit into the mirrors fin-things they had, not strong but as warning. Igor never knew what that was and why they needed it. But whoever isn't friend must be enemy. Finny things or not.
Then again, Igor also bit friends alot.
He let go only to trill aggressively more and spiral himself into the air to look taller and more menacing than he was.
"I'm not here for work. Okay I am here for work! But not your work, my work! Its serious work, but not for you!"
No one ever understood Igors talk but himself it seemed. He didnt get why. He found himself very clear.

Igor reeled back, curled himself in a lose screw in the air, his face upside down in front the mirror that tried her best to appear as threat. Or so he assumed.
"The plaguebringer sent me! See the faraway worlds! Shining, shimmering, spleeeendid!" He hummed in a meldous tune as he cupped the mirrors cheeks with his paws. Then let go and stood normal for once, landing but spreading his wings, claws out and teeth showing. "But I haven't found the thing that set my plague heart going with the right spark yet!"
He snarled and growled in a last threat to not stand in his way. Hed fight for his lands. ... In someone elses domain.

"Ah, of course!" The spiral replied, curling itself in a knot and scratching his very light chin stubble. Thanks to his spiral brain, her answers and actions always felt to him like it took ages to reach his ears and eyes. But now was time to use said brain to form his own answer.
"Disease-ridden, rotten, the worst of the worst! The dead! The gems, the treasure and gold! All one good dragon should hold dear, of course."
He spiraled himself close to her face, his own hanging upside down in front hers, although the position may have been silly, his piercing eyes and ice cold breath would certainly make quite a few dragons shiver.
"I can see the red sparkling behind that mask a' yours." He chuckled grimly, turned himself upright and came so close his muzzle touched hers, his ice-born-dragon-breath becoming even more obvious in the process.
"Tell me, princess, when did you last let the germs decide?", he spoke almost in a sing-sang, poking a claw at her nostrils, truly questioning her in the same breath as mocking her with the princessy remark.
She was a plague dragon, so he was sure she'd know about the custom of sneezing on one another as greeting between the plague born, hence him poking the nose. Although, his intent of his question was more on the side of going back to her plaguey roots rather than sneezing as hello.
