((For reference, my clan lives in a system of underground tunnels and caves, and is not very advanced technology-wise (apart from a few dragons that have made electrical lights to light up the tunnels). And if you want to know more about any dragon I mention, just ask or look in my lair!))

The day had come, finally. It was the day Jaundice was supposed to meet with another clan to discuss an alliance. The first of her's in a while. Jaundice's alliances never lasted long, if at all. Something always ruined them, and she expected no different this time around.

She sat in her cave, on the pile of straw she called a bed, mulling over her thoughts. She knew she wanted assistance with fighting and food if need be, but she was unsure what the other wanted. Likely the same thing. What much else was there to need in the Scarred Wasteland? No one really used money out here.

She looked up when a small, pistachio-colored fae popped her head in the opening that acted as a door. "Mistress, the other clan has arrived. They're waiting in the dining room."

"I do not know if this is a good idea, Blis-- i mean, Mistress.... i have heard bad stuff about this clan--" Nubia said into his leader's ear, feeling uneasy and getting interrupted by his leader.

"Are you questioning my judgment.... Nubia...." Bliss hissed, glaring up at the male imp, making him and his mate, Crystal, jump back a bit. It was very unlike her to look at them in such a way, but she has been getting word saying a clan is trying to steal prey and what not. A alliance is what we need, we need them.

Bliss thought silently to herself. Lost in her thoughts about the whole situation.

"I told you to stop calling me that." Jaundice said flatly, standing, and following her advisor out. Jaundice wasn't ever sure she needed an advisor, but this little fae was so adamant that she had to be her advisor. She kept quacking about some sort of higher power than the dragon gods? Jaundice didn't know, and she didn't want to know.

Along the way, Quincy, their only imperial dragon at the moment, joined them. He was very offputting if you weren't quite used to him, but it was just a safety measure. Besides, they were there to discuss an alliance, not how scary one of her clan members appeared.

They entered the dining room in single-file, as the tunnels would allow. First Spruce, then Jaundice, and last came Quincy. She scanned over her visitors. A pearlcatcher with a skeletal pattern and a bright green imperial. Intresting.

Jaundice took her seat at the end of the table and motionned for Bliss to do the same.

Bliss sat down, glaring at her two warriors, making them sit down. Bliss turned to the other leader in the room. "You must be, Jaundice, it's a pleasure to finally meet you." Bliss turned from her cold look to her kind and happy look.

Nubia and Crystal kept death glaring at the other dragons. Looking at his mate, they both were uneasy about this. Once Nubia saw Quincy, he growled. Bliss then sighed with annoyance.

"You'll have to excuse my imperial's rudeness..... he doesnt take to likely to other male imperials outside of my clan, especially around his mate, the spiral" Bliss gave a exhausted look, like she's been playing with hatchlings all day.

Jaundice's expression didn't change. It was just flat and serious; neutral. Not angry or judgemental, but not exactly kind either. "He doesn't have to worry, Quincy doesn't bother anybody without a reason." She said, glancing back at her two companions.

The fae took to sitting on the corner of the table, and quincy was much too large to sit at this table, because the biggest it was meant to seat was a snapper. So, he took to just sitting on the dirt floor, silent and stoic as ever.

Jaundice wasn't sure she had ever heard him say more than a few words at a time.

Bliss raised a claw, and Nubia silenced him immediately. Bliss nodded, still not taking her eyes off the mirror. "Lets get down to business then, shall we?" This will be interesting to hear what they want from us in return.

Nubia and Crystal inched, ready to to fight when given the simple command to.

Jaundice narrowed her eyes, looking at the two dragons beside the dragon across their table, before centering her sight back on Bliss. She wasn't too concerned about an attack, because they seemed to be forgetting that they were not in their own territory, and it would be nearly impossible for them to find their way out of the many twists and turns that the tunnels provided for them.

"Yes, we should. Bliss, was it? We only require one thing in an alliance, and that is aid in battle. What do you need?" she asked, although she was unsure she would need assistance in battle.

"Simply the same thing" Bliss cracked a smirk, then returned to her usual face expression from before. Tiredness and frustration in the mist of it.

"I see." she nodded, "That shouldn't be a problem then. Anything else?" She asked, her bright red eyes sliding back over the imperial one last time.

((Its all fine! But Ehhh, maybe Quincy could say something 'smart mouthy' and upset Nubia :/ i do not really know anyother reasons rn))

"No, but if i think of anything, ill ask and tell you" Bliss dripped her head in respect to the other leader. Her eyes lingers over the other leader's dragon companions.
