I watched plenty a new people dash around the campus to figure out where they were going. It was normal for me, my old house cluttered with people and constant sound. They told me I haf to move dorms, which was not what I wanted. My old dorm was just me, but I was informed I would have roomates or at least one. Wishing I could burn the number as if it was the room itself, I finally made my way to the designated number. I knocked, sighing as I waited for something to happen.

@Fehrawn I open the door to see a girl standing in front of me, and I instantly sense an air of irritation. “Um, hi! Can I help you?” I ask, leaning against my doorframe. The doormroom organizer said that since I’m not a freshman and the number of students who need to live in residence is low, I don’t need to have a room mate. But yet, here’s an agitated freshman, clearly looking for her room.

Without much thought, I held up the paper that the cursed new number on it. I was disappointed to see someone already there, showing that they were put here too. I wish that they had never decided to move me away. I examine the leaning woman with a very interesting way, a way I have done with such before. "I think we are roommates." I mutter, my eyebrow flicking up in frustration. It was a bad habit of mine that I had started when I was quite young. I knew how upset I seemed, but had no reason to hide it.

I frown and look at you. “You don’t seem too pleased bout that.” I say, opening the door wider to let you inside. “Did you not want a roommate? I promise I’m well behaved.” I joke, sitting down on my bed again and starting to play my bass. My fingers move quickly and precisely over the strings, my eyebrows wrinkled slightly as I do what I can to avoid mistakes. Nonetheless, a finger slips and I hit a wrong note. I cuss loudly and sigh, looking back at you. “Well? Who are you.”

I smirk a little at her interjection. "I almost didn't have a roommate until they wanted to move me. So yes, I am not happy about this." I could never get away from other people, ever, it seems. I step in with my two heavy backpacks and set them down. The cursing took me by surprise. I haven't heard much of anything like that in a while. "The name's Shay." I shut the down, taking the other blank bed. "And you are?"
