You push yourself up from the small circular podium below you, and groan. Your head hurts as the loud applause ring through it. You can see 10 other dragons, about your age, looking just as disgruntled as you. “THESE DRAGons have been chosen by the Gods themselves! The Eleven speak through them, act through them, create and destroy through them. We have gathered them here, in hopes for them to prove themselves, and see, who’s power rises over all. They will go through peril and pain, and troubling tests, to prove themselves worthy of thy power. The trials consist of a three week tournament. Each will have opportunities for the competitors to prove themselves.” The voice spoke again from the top of the dome. Dragons from all flights quieted down and watched, observing every move of the 11 chosen dragons. It was time to introduce yourself. •[/quote] That is the prompt and the plot, the Gods have chosen 11 dragons to channel their power into Sorneith. One dragon from each flight. Once the 11 chosen spots are filled up, you can add your dragon as a character who doesn’t have to be one of the Chosen Ones. Or light flight to channel the power of Lightweaver. It can be different in the story. Copy the first one and paste it here.) Example: Name: Rio Age: 17 (human years) Channeling?: The Gladekeeper Personality: Ever-changing, you almost cannot predict her mood or how she will react. But overall she is a bit emotionally detached. She can be kind or strict and cold hearted. The best way to bribe her is with flowers and flower crowns. Once you get by the tough, ambitious and strict over achiever (kind of like Tai Lung from Kung Fu Panda), she is caring, loving and a bit awkward. Hobbies: Gardening, all nature related stuff, making flower crowns, pressing flowers, and watching fireflies and stars. Skill: Gardening and cooking, also very skilled fighter. Power: Growing plants, and magic. Backstory: Rio was grown in a rich family and was pretty much spoiled, until she was sent to train at the edge of Sorneith to learn the martial arts and magic, and to channel the Gladekeeper. Soon she was sent as one of the contestants for Channeling The Gladekeeper. After months of tests and challenges (most of them she failed XD), her name was accidentally written into the ‘Best of the Best’ raffle for the three contestants for Channeling the Gladekeeper. As some unbelievable accident, that most mistook as a sign from the Gladekeeper herself, her name was pulled and she was chosen. Her powers are still growing. Current love interest?: None yet. For her being so hot headed she can be emotionally unstable and can easily shift into the darker side of herself. But on the inside she appears to be kind. Sometimes appears to be quiet once upset to a certain point. And for certain topics she can become shy once talking about something that has to do with the topic. Even though Anu didn’t have an option and hated this, she felt like she was being punished. So she was basically dragged into the edge of Sorneith to get better with her defense and offense skills. Rio groaned from the noise, as she looked around the arena. ‘Just a few more minutes and maybe they will let us go? Or at least rest?’ Rio thought. “ The contuse spell definitely hit my head when they dragged me here.” Rio groaned to herself. She spotted a strange dragoness somewhere on the watcher section of the Arena. To Rio the dragoness seemed somewhat unamused. Rio just sat down on the pedestal and waved her wings to cool herself down. “I hate this and I don’t want to be here. I want to go back to Shifu and his little mountain cave and meditation every morning, and tea, and balance, and everything back to normallll.....” Rio trailed off as she stared into the distance, only her tail tip twitching. The announcer introduced the 11 dragons, and called the guards to lead them away while the crowd cheered loudly.

Anu looked down at the arena’s ground with a disappointed expression. She didn’t want to be here at all. But of course her own grand mother just had to order around to speed training up. And this kind of ‘training’ didn’t seem very accurate. Once Anu had felt like she was being watched, she looked over to see a green and bluish Skydancer who just looked away.

As Anu looked at the colorful Skydancer, she felt like she is having a hard time being here. And watching the colorful Skydancer trying to cool themself off, she wondered if the warm weather is too hot for them. But as she heard the crowd cheering, she however wasn’t. And most likely the only one not really enjoying this. If she is said to be ‘rude’, she isn’t. She just doesn’t like to be around big crowds like these and the fact that she was dragged here.

Rio looked back one last time at the strange dragoness and disappeared with the other 10 dragons into the hallway. Bored, she strayed away from the path, like a vine of fast growing ivy, and wandered into a grand hall, with walls and pillars white and shining like clear quartz. The wall was cold to the touch, so Rio sighed with happiness as she hugged a cool pillar. The cool touch of the stone was a relief on that hot and humid summer day. It reminded her of the top of the cloud covered mountain and the Virginian Labyrinth with its cool fog. And the Rio thought ‘I look utterly ridiculous. What is this place anyways?’ She looked around and then dashed behind a large circular table when she heard footsteps. Who could it be?

So far of what Anu can notice is that there are many dragons walking around, making it very crowded. Even if Anu tried to walk to the sides and away from others, the dragons still crowd around her. While being in the middle of being lost she walked into a rather larger part of the hallway. Apparently less dragons which makes things easier. Anu looked around the hallway with awe, slightly staring at the white walls and pillars. But then her line of sight shifted to movement. She had sworn she had seen something.

Anu let out a small sigh first before looking at the table then to where she thought she had seen movement then looked back at the table. Anu soon then walked close to the table, looking at it and since it’s almost like it’s shining, she can somewhat see her own reflection. Placing one non-armed hand on the table she had smiled at how smooth it is. Then when she had noticed that the area around her being slightly quieter she had begun to hum and sing. And using the large space to make her voice echo around the area.

Rio squished herself to the opposite side of the table, a bit nervous to be found. She peaked out the sauce of the table and saw the same strange dragoness. The mirror dragon was singing and humming and the sound bounced off the smooth walls, echoing. Rio got hooked onto the melody and started tapping out beats on the floor and table. Soon she started harmonizing with the mirror dragoness. Her passion was signing. Dancing. Singing to the world. To herself. To plants. To the Gladekeeper. To her mother. To everybody. To the silence.
The melody and the harmony were wonderful. Beautiful. Rio’s mind shut off, on autopilot, picking through the beats and notes, weaving music considering the other voice.

Once Anu had reached to the end of the slow and calming tone of the song she could feel the air around her becoming light. Singing for her is a rarity but it brings the sound of peace. Though it feels like it somewhat calms her very soul. However when she hears soft tapping, Anu had looked over to the side to see the colorful Skydancer from before and seeing the Skydancer enjoying the song. Anu smiled at this, now knowing she wasn’t alone in the room. Seeming like this could get awkward quickly she decided to speak up.

“Hello, are you more aware of this arena than I am? I think I would like a little of help. I’m kind of....lost...” Seeming as though she might be friendly, she could really use a little of help finding other places such as an office. However she doesn’t know what the Skydancer could do, if she were a friend or foe she is absolutely clueless.

Rio looked up from behind the table to see the dragoness. “Hi, I’m Rio, I’m from the Arena. You have probably seen me...? I channel the Gladekeeper.” Rio paused. “I don’t really know my way around here, I just wandered around before coming to this place.” I think I remember the way out but I don’t know if I remember clearly.”
Rio tapped her foot and looked around. “Who are you? And how can I help you?” Rio questioned Anu. While waiting for an answer Rio decided to find one of the plant pots and task one of the Crawling Ivy plants with finding a way out. She sat for a few minutes silently facing the plant, seeming completely serious and said to the plant “Hey, can you please show us the way out of here?” before touching the stem with a claw tip. There were a few seconds of awkward silence before the plant exploded with new growth and trails of ivy crawled along the wall into the tunnels.
