After the Republic's decisive victory over the Separatist Army, bringing an end to the devastating CLONE WARS, it was revealed by then Chancellor Palpatine that the Jedi Knights, defenders of peace and justice in the galaxy, had made an attempt on his life in an attempt to seize power. After enacting the JEDI PURGE to erase the Order's influence from the galaxy, the Republic was reorganized at the direction of the Chancellor into a new GALACTIC EMPIRE, capable of defending its people from every possible threat. Now what remains of the once great Jedi Order lives in hiding, hunted by merciless INQUISITORS acting on Emperor Palpatine's orders. One such group of Jedi now prepares to flee the frigid desert moon of Jedha after realizing that their hide out has been discovered by the Empire...[/b] ___________________________________ So the premise here is simple: it's been a year since the end of the Clone Wars, and you are either a Jedi who has escaped Order 66 or a non-Jedi who is sympathetic towards the order and has decided to help the Jedi who are hiding. Our group has only been together for about a week after following the same encrypted transmission telling them there were other Jedi survivors on Jedha. The Republic has been re-branded as the Galactic Empire, but much of the old Republic infrastructure, military, and equipment has yet to be replaced by the Imperial structures we're familiar with. The Empire is working on rooting out the last strongholds of Separatist opposition, and their armies have begun occupying every system that belonged to both the former Republic and the Separatist Alliance. Few places are safe for fugitives anymore. Occupation: Droid repairer/warrior
Known Backstory: Jascar was born and raised on Mandalore’s moon Concordia, a member of the splinter group Death Watch. He idolized the current Manda’lore, Pre Vizsla, and put him on quite the pedestal. When he was 23, Pre (and the New Mandalorian leader Sabine Kryze, somewhat) was killed by Darth Maul during the takeover of Mandalore, Jascar witnessed this event with horror, staying with his Death Watch comrades (briefly siding with Maul to survive) before escaping the planet to hide on Concordia for a while. He hates most Force-users, comparing them directly to Maul, and worked for months non-stop to construct a better weapon to beat them with-a saber of his own. He is now hunting down Jedi or Sith, no matter to him, in order to avenge his fallen leader and people. Jascar himself is somewhat force-sensitive, but he doesn’t have a typical connection to it. He cannot move objects or the such, but can wield a saber, and feel connections through the force.
As his hunt grew useless (he couldn’t find many Jedi or Inquisitors to kill) Jascar settled down a bit, and for the last few weeks has been repairing droids and the such for a living.
Abilities: Jascar is trained in Mandalorian fighting styles, as well as with his new saber. He is very good at repairing machinery.
Appearance: Jascar is a tall (6’0”) human male, who wears his Beskar armor with pride. His armor is stained and old, with much of it starting to rust, but bears old blue and grey marks of Death Watch allegiance. His helmet shows extreme signs of wear and tear, and his chest plate has slash marks reminiscent of a saber. He has a belt of (5) lightsabers, trophies from his hunts. One of said sabers is his own creation. Under the armor, Jascar has medium-brown skin and many scars, mostly blaster shots.
Tools/Objects: Lightsaber, Beskad, Vambrance, DE-10 blaster pistol. Broken jet pack
Personality: Jascar is a fairly light-hearted fellow, despite his grisly mission. He’s rather sociable, enjoying hauling people along with him to do what he likes. Jascar still has fresh wounds from the subjugating on his people and death of his leader, but truly does believe in the Mandalorian code and what it stands for.

What are everyone's thoughts on going ahead and starting? There doesn't seem to be a ton of interest here, so I don't want this to die before we start just from waiting for more people.
