Yo.
Welcome to this little roleplay! I'm doing this partly to try to further develop two of my characters who scout out different dimensions for a living and a world they may visit, which is Alema (...even though my oc's are pretty developed already...) Also just doing this because I love roleplaying and interacting with other people's characters. There isn't an anchored plot, I'm gonna be honest with ya, very flexible stuff here that's going to build up more. Might throw in some "pizzazz" that may or may not cause panic here and there for your characters. I'm quite open to ideas!
V Below is a simple intro V
"Here, there's some more information they forgot to give us. Read it."
"Alema is a world unbeknownst to dimensional network of other universes. This world is home to a wide array of species, humanoid, animal, and vegetation alike. Such as the sahalia people, humanoids similar to reptiles with scales, spines, claws, and tails. Erufu are the most common species, similar to elves, only with much longer pointed ears and small colored spots dotted around the eyes, rarely do they wear shoes.
The overall technology is close to medieval times, with the exception of flimsy flintlocks. Only those of royalty are granted to use the best of their technology, which is unnaturally close to modern or what some may call other worldly. The common folk only know of that through the small thread of rumors, most do not believe in it.
Magic is present, but with the current corrupt and surprisingly powerful monarchy established, magic users are strictly forbidden to use it unless they are royalty. If the user steps out of line, they are taken away. With our current knowledge, we don't know what they do with them other than they are most likely locked away and tortured. There are many kingdoms scattered about the planet, all are provinces answering only to the emperor, Ikailar. There have been rebellions, but all were shot down with ease. Recently, an ongoing worldwide frost has stricken Alema, simply an unusually long winter, the people call it. Of course, that is most likely not the case. Information is limited and we need the latest."
"Ha, who wrote this? Whatever, what are we waiting for? Let's get our show on the road."
Some rules:
- Fr rules apply of course!
- No overpowered characters, they can and will get hurt, but not killed if you wish
- Don't control other people's characters without permission
- Two characters per person is the max, please!
- Please be at least semi-literate in your posts
- Your character can be any species as long as it makes sense.
- Be respectful to other roleplayers
- Romance is allowed, just keep it PG-13, nothing over the top
- If you have any questions, please ask, I don't bite.
- If you want to, you can add to the world of Alema, whether it be another species of animals or race of people, whatever really, I'm pretty chill, go ahead, just ask
- I'd prefer it if there would be only about 1 other interdimensional character besides my own. Other than that, your character has to originally live in the world of Alema.
- Of course your character can be a magic user if ya want!
- Characters who you wish to be royalty are only allowed to be runaways.
- I'll also be controlling some NPCs and may need someone to help me manage some things.
- Have fun, friend!

Warning, this is my first time hosting a roleplay. Please be patient with me.
Please keep in mind that my logic permit has expired and that the 76th color of the alphabet in the exact time of a parakeet eating a pie in June is equivalent to a giant whale-eating cantaloupe allergic to a chair made out of potato salami held by a sandwich that has beetle hands.
