[center][u][b]Unnatural Abilities[/b][/u][/center] The world setting is similar to ours, however people have recently been coming into supernatural powers/abilities and it’s kinda freaking everybody out since sometimes these abilities cause violent outbursts when they first develop. An organization rose up to contain these individuals and called themselves the Supernatural and Powered Relations and Containment Unit or SPRCU for short. Not much is currently known about SPRCU and they have recently obtained government funding. The leader of this organization is unknown and so are their intentions. SPRCU containment facilities often seem cruel, but SPRCU claims that it is necessary for public safety and that it’s not as bad as it looks. The SPRCU has been capturing more people recently... The SPRCU utilizes a classification system similar to that of the fictional SCP Foundation the only difference is subclassing. [indent][b]Safe[/b][/indent]Generally harmless or peaceful individuals this would be for things like mind reading/telepathy, telekinesis, weak illusionists, slight boosts to senses/strength/motor skills, weak elemental manipulation, shapeshifting into relatively harmless creatures (cat, smaller dog, bird, etc.), flight, regeneration, tough skin, etc. [indent][b]Safe, harmless[/b][/indent]The ability is truly harmless and the individual will get a nice convenience added to their lives. [indent][b]Safe, defensive[/b][/indent]There is potential to cause harm/kill others but, the individual is only inclined to do so in self defense. [indent][b]Safe, hazardous[/b][/indent]The individual either exudes low levels of a harmful substance constantly or is combative with weaker capabilities [indent][b]Euclid[/b][/indent]Generally used for stronger variants of Safe abilities and more unpredictable individuals. This would be for the aforementioned variants plus, very weak reality bending, weak mind control, (Shapeshifting would be things like big cats, larger dogs/wolves, sharks, ect.), weak to moderate precognition, weak possessions, ect. [indent][b]Euclid, peaceful[/b][/indent]The individual has the power to cause harm at this level, yet won’t unless pushed or life is being threatened. [indent][b]Euclid, neutral[/b][/indent]The individual may become uncooperative if pushed and could be more willing to inflict harm to get their way but, will generally remain peaceful. [indent][b]Euclid, aggressive/hazardous[/b][/indent]The individual is regularly uncooperative and/or combative, will harm or kill to get what they want, there is a possibility to reason with the individual. Or exudes moderate levels of a harmful substance constantly. [indent][b]Keter[/b][/indent]Used for dangerous abilities and violently unpredictable individuals. This would be for the standard stronger variants plus, anything that could have world ending potential if left unchecked for a long period of time, wide scale damage can be caused easily, has the ability to spread highly contagious and deadly disease, (shapeshifting would be mythical creatures at this point), ect. [indent][b]Keter, non-aggressive[/b][/indent]The individual is very dangerous, yet won’t usually attack without provocation. Can often be interpreted as selectively violent towards others. [indent][b]Keter, unpredictable[/b][/indent]The individual is prone to random violent outbursts with little to no warning. [indent][b]Keter, aggressive/hazardous[/b][/indent]The individual is hostile to most and is likely to be unreasonable. Keep cursing to a minimum/partially bleep it. Please for the love of god use quotation marks when a character is speaking, it makes it so much easier to tell. Don’t make my brain hurt. Try to type more than like two sentences. I mean I get it if you're trying to sneak a quickie in while busy but, don't make it a habit. No god modding. There's wooden prison style benches along the back and right walls. A water dispenser and a table with a small assortment of snack foods along the left wall as well as a bookcase with a limited assortment of books (mostly history and nonfiction but, there's a few Stephen King and Clive Barker ones mixed in). Everyone will be in shackles that repress supernatural abilities at this time. To start it off, here's my character! [b]Name:[/b] Eclystia Diaz [b]Age:[/b] 19 [b]Gender:[/b] Female, she/her, likes men but is somewhat open minded, not looking for relationships other than friends but that may change as time goes on. [b]Class:[/b] Keter non-aggressive~unpredictable [b]Power(s):[/b] Able to transform into a large dragon with electrical and weather manipulation (only relating to rain and storms) Her scales are impervious to normal bullets and most sharp objects. Her mind becomes numb when shifted and can lead to spotty memory of events that occurred. While human she has Euclid level electric manipulation and weak mood related weather manipulation [b]Appearance:[/b] Eclystia is 5’3 with a light skin tone. She has shoulder length black hair and steel blue eyes. Currently wearing pale blue a short sleeve tee shirt and jeans with tennis shoes. She wears a silver necklace with a small labradorite pendant on it. She has four wings, the upper set is dragon like and the lower set is bird like and feathered. She always has a hazy shroud around her but it will thicken/thin depending on how secure she feels. The jewelry is only there for the smoke so, no jewels on her. Also, the read feathers are more of a Navy~Black color. [b]Backstory/bio:[/b] Eclystia had a relatively normal childhood, but as she got older she became obsessed with draconic lore. Eclystia was brought in by the SPRCU after she shifted for the first time and her capture was rather violent since the capture team spooked her and it led to an attack. Though Eclystia’s memory is spotty, she can remember hearing the screams and biting at people- unsure if she ate them or not and it scares her to think that she may have eaten a human. Eclystia is generally a kind and caring individual but she's a little shy. She likes to read and loves rainy/stormy weather. [b]Other/Notes:[/b] Wizpig. When Eclystia shifts into her dragon form or back to her human form it tends to make her hungry and have meat cravings. ---------------------------------------- I'll make an IC thread once enough characters have been made since it's kinda hard to do interactions with two people.

Power(s): Jamison has the power to possess any living thing that he sees. This power can only be blocked by a fully opaque barrier. When his power is in use his original body goes limp but he can still feel things around it. If the creature he is possessing dies he goes back to his normal body. He can also jump from creature to creature.
Appearance:
Jamison is tall and lanky and he has brownish amber hair that is short with messy curls. His face is covered in freckles and one of his eyes is amber while the other is pure white with no pupil. He is 6 feet tall and is currently wearing a white T-shirt with ripped jeans and an unzipped brown hoody. He also has a bunch of ear piercings, an eyebrow piercing, and a tongue piercing. All of his jewelry is gold.
Backstory/bio:
Jamison is a tough guy who loves to mess with people. He is great at keeping a level head even in the worse situations. He was raised on the streets and when he discovered his power he used it to discreetly steal from everywhere he could until he was caught and brought to SPRCU.
