The Solstice Festival. A sacred festival that was supposed to be a time of peace. A large feast, a party, the werewolves partook in as a celebration of the strength of the pack. Another year passed and once again the Solstice Festival was being prepared for.

The Templar, a highly secretive military association, has sworn to eliminate werewolves. They track down individual packs and hunt them to extinction. And this time, they have their sights on the Igneus Stella pack.

With the looming threat of the Templar threatening the Solstice Festival, the pack is on edge. Wanting to be able to relax for their sacred festival, but fearing extinction if they do.


So, in case my poor literature threw you off, this is a Werewolf RP! There are three groups: Werewolves, Templar’s and Rogues. The Werewolves are part of the Igneus Stella pack, and are prepping for the Solstice Festival. The Templar are the humans who want to eliminate werewolves. And Rogues are werewolves that are not part of the Igneus Stella pack. They don’t conform to pack rules, but aren’t good/evil either way.

Her eyes are brown as well, although a bit deeper than her hair. She has a few freckles dotting her cheeks and a round face. Her casual clothing usually has her sporting a plain blouse and jeans, although she sometimes wears sweats and a hoodie when she feels lazy. Her hair, medium length, is usually left loose or tied into a low pony-tail. Her uniform consists of a dark grey long-sleeved shirt, black combat pants, and black combat boots. She will also usually wear a bulletproof vest, although she will opt out of it when she is in the facility rather than in the field. She wears her ID badge over her left breast and keeps it very neet. It is on a retractable line that she can pull down when she needs to enter a restricted area. She is lighthearted and tends to joke around a bit too much when off the clock, and can come off as being “loose.” She takes her job very seriously, however, and when she is working she comes off as cold. She vehemently hates werewolves, believing that all of them are cruel monsters that must be eradicated. While Emily usually tried to avoid unnecessary violence and cruelty, when it comes to werewolves she takes great pleasure in causing them pain. She has been known to draw out a werewolf’s death when she is not in imminent danger, very frequently not using silver weapons so as to not make the death instantaneous, although the killing blow will usually be dealt with a silver knife. [b]Background[/b]: Emily believed from a young age that werewolves were evil, as she had been told that her whole life. When she was in school, she was often teased for believing in them, as where she came from, werewolves were believed to be nothing more than a myth. When she was sixteen, werewolves began making news and becoming more prevalent for their supposed crimes, enforcing Emily’s belief that they needed to be eradicated. She began training with the Templar when she turned 18, the minimum age to be enlisted, and quickly climbed the ranks due to her ruthlessness as a fighter. She soon became one of the highest-ranking Templar, First Lieutenant (Captain is the highest rank held in the Templar organization.) She has been moved around as the Templar deem necessary when werewolf packs surface. Currently, Emily boasts 132 werewolf kills and has eliminated 13 separate packs. [*]Emily has been transferred between branches as necessary, which is why she has not been promoted to Captain. [*]While Emily’s family is ethnically Mexican, she doesn’t speak very fluent Spanish. [/LIST] [b]Age[/b][i](Over 16)[/i]: 17 [b]Description/Image[/b]: Apollo is heavily muscled and very tan from living in the woods. He is tall, 6’2”, and carries himself with confidence. He has raven-black hair that he’s managed to keep fairly trimmed and a medium-length beard. His eyes are blueish-grey and are very intense. His hands are rough and his nails are jagged and untrimmed, although he will trim them if he has to go into town. His teeth are very pronounced, as werewolves go. His fangs are pretty obvious and he doesn’t make too much of an effort to hide them. Most of his facial features are sharp. His wolf form is a large, jet black wolf with blueish-grey eyes. His paws have some human traits and he does have opposable thumbs on his front paws. He can rear up on his hind legs and walk around, although he sticks to all forms most of the time, especially while hunting. His coat is very thick and quite able to protect him in a fight. He was born and raised in the pack and so is very traditional, upholding the more ‘traditional” culture. His immediate family has been part of the Igneus Stella pack ever since it was formed. Unlike his siblings, Apollo doesn’t view “pureblooded” werewolves as better than halfbreeds, or werewolves that had been bitten. He volunteers to teach new werewolves “how to wolf” so they aren’t so confused. Apollo doesn’t hate Templar, although he wouldn’t hesitate to kill one if they threatened his pack or family. Apollo receives a lot of romantic attention within the pack, which he respectfully declines. Apollo tries to keep a smile on his face and is one of the most enthusiastic participants in the Solstice festival. [b]Background[/b]: Apollo was born in a litter of 4 werewolves. His siblings sported a grey coat with a few discolorations. He was the only one in his litter that had a pure black coat. His father’s wolf form was also pure black, so his dad was very excited to see his son resembled him. Apollo was eager to educate himself as a child, and sought out knowledge whenever he could. He pretty much exhausted the pack’s store of books. Apollo learned to read and write at a young age, which he was very proud of. When he was 14, he went into town with his father to get some supplies for the pack. He was in awe over human society and tried to get more knowledge from that point on. He was ridiculed, especially from pureblood werewolves, and very intensely by his siblings, so he learned in secret. He very frequently snuck into town ad continues to do so when he can. He keeps the fact that he is a werewolf hidden as well as he can and has formed a few friendships outside of the pack. He usually wears a coy smile, and his eyes are soft. His wolf form has pale-grey fur with a white underbelly. His wolf form is about the size of a dire wolf. He has very few human features in his wolf form, save for his eyes. His wolf form, despite being well groomed, bears a wicked look with a fierce, murderous gaze. And that’s not me just labeling him because he’s mean, that would be the psychological diagnosis. He can’t form loyalties and has no ability for empathy. He is narcissistic and manipulative, often pretending to like someone to get something from him. He lives for his own physical pleasure and enjoys killing or maiming. He sleeps around a lot and will frequently murder his partners after he is done. He enjoys breaking hearts and will allow someone to live if he thinks the humiliation will be enough. Andrew will kill people by either strangling them or mauling them in wolf form. He has often let people live after mauling them, leaving them severely disabled. He takes pride in the fact that he drags werewolves through the mud. [b]Background[/b]: Andrew began killing from a young age. He killed his sister in a fit of rage when he was twelve, causing his parents to kick him out of the pack. Andrew, very angry, launched an attack and killed his pack when he was 17, after killing several people before that for “practice.” He moved from state to state, killing people as he moved, evading suspicion by never giving his real name (he is not really “Andrew Wilson,” but Odin Starlight) and leaving town frequently. He's not a good hunter in his human form, though his wolf is significantly better, and awful at fighting as both human and wolf. She has a large scar running down the length of her right side from a run-in with templars. Sage is extremely intelligent and enjoys interactions that might bring out someone's true nature. [b]Background[/b]: Born as a purebred protege in comparison to her three older brothers, Sage was doted on and hailed as her family's messiah. She didn't care much for the attention. Preferring instead to hear the tales of passing rogues or peeking at human civilizations. However, on one of her moonlight adventures the young she-wolf had her first encounter with a templar and as a result was severely injured. Morrigan comes off as extremely guarded but can be a crafty often humorous individual when the time calls for it. She's one for tradition but doesn't mind breaking her comfort zone for the sake of fun. [b]Background[/b]: Born as a purebred in a litter of 3, Morrigan was the scrawniest of her siblings but backed up her size with a fierce personality. She'd always caused trouble for the pack during her youth much to her older sibling's displeasure. [i]Act your age.[/i] They had told her. She said, to Hell with that. Breaking away from the normality of calm and collected it wasn't long before she drew the attention of her superiors. The alpha pair liked her, and they let her know. Call it luck. But sometimes standing out just a little. A little, little bit. Might just land you in the position of beta. As years passed, Morrigan matured growing calmer but still just as fiery. But a fated incident fatally injured one of the two alphas she'd served and grown under. Taken by grief their mate soon followed. Leaving an 18 year old she-wolf to lead the pack in their stead. These views were only recently reinforced when her younger twin sister was found dead at 16. Werewolf attack they'd said. And from the looks of those wounds... She believed them. Grief-stricken, the girl enrolled for training on her 18th birthday. Now, a fresh recruit Osprey is under supervision by the templars Emily and Sam. Wavy/curly jet black hair reaches down to her tailbone, but its longer when she straightens it. •[i]First Impression[/i]• Sam holds herself with a lot of confidence, and she can be intimidating at first glance. What typically stands out are her golden-brown eyes when you'd first look at her. •[i]Clothing[/i]• When Sam is working she'll typically wear Wrangler-type jeans, most of them straight-leg, or stretchy-skinny jeans; shirt wise she wears tank-tops, T-shirts or occasionally a button-up if she's feeling adventurous. When Sam isn't working, or when she doesn't feel like trying, she wears sweatpants, crop-tops and hoodies. If you see Sam in anything other than work-boots she's either dead or incredibly close to dying because she'd be in a hospital barefoot. She is very friendly and outgoing, loving to meet new people and liking conversation, but she is also very quiet, preferring to listen and ask questions instead of speak herself and is very curious about other people and who they are. Sam loves ‘people watching’, which could be considered creepy, but despite this, it is one of her favorite things to do. Sam is loyal to a fault towards those she’s close to or those she likes. Growing up in a criminal syndicate, Sam has always had a skewed moral compass and often doesn’t know whats right or wrong, only things the might benefit her and the people she cares about. Hurting other people used to hurt her, but she doesn’t mind it so much anymore, which only leads her to worry. Killing, while easy to her, is something she often thinks long and hard about after the job is done. Did that person really deserve to die? She was just following orders., right? It’s all she’s ever known. Shouldn’t it hurt more? The woman views herself as more of a ‘damaged goods’ type of thing, with all she’s seen and all she’s done, so she prefers to focus on other things and ignore her nightmares and her guilt. That being said, Sam definitely has her lows, as well. She suffers nightmares, mostly involving her past, and has frequent bouts of sadness and gets lonely easily, despite never really having anyone close to her she trusted. Although it seems suffocating to her, she pushes through and considers herself lucky to just be alive...[/indent] [font=Spectral] [b]Background[/b]: [indent][font=Spectral]Sam grew up in a criminal syndicate, one mostly focused on hiring out hitmen and controlling the drug market in their city. She started out in the gang as just a grunt- she'd pack drugs, serve as a lookout, ect.. Sam started fighting her way up the ranks, though. Being pretty, confident, and strong, she was able to hold her own against other gangs and her own fellow gang members, and eventually one of the higher-ups, a ex Special-Forces, dishonorably discharged, took notice of her. He decided to train her. 'Training' was more like scheduled beatings, though, and many times Sam thought he was actually going to kill her. She kept fighting, though. And with time, she got better and better. Pretty soon she'd graduated to hitman- and eventually the gang boss's head bodyguard/dirty worker. When the gang leader was killed, no one else offered to take charge. Sam sure as hell wasn't going to. So she got out while she could, before she was caught. She stayed a freelance hitman, and one of her contracts ended up being on a Templar. That's how she found out about them- and about werewolves, since before she'd never paid attention. Instead of her killing him, she decided to kill the person who had the contract out and then joined the Templar, cause what the hell, why not? She's had Marine Special Forces training, so weapons, knives, and hand-to-hand combat are all something she's good at. She'll do anything for an adrenaline rush and hang out with anybody who can help her get that. Her confident, extroverted personality is either something people love or hate, but despite it she's pretty chill, calm, and collected, especially in chaotic or violent situations. The red-headed chick is also pretty flirty with guys and girls alike, and isn't above sleeping around for the fun of it. The only times Sanguine really gets upset are when people she cares about are threatened or injured. Loyal to the core, it could be considered a weakness because of her poor judgement skills and lack of boundaries and morals. Sanguine holds grudges, so if someone wrongs her she'll remember that and has a furious streak for revenge if someone were to betray her. Sanguine has a short temper. Also an alcohol problem.[/indent] [font=Spectral] [b]Background[/b]: [indent][font=Spectral]Raised as an only child in a rich family, you'd think Sanguine wouldn't be a rogue werewolf, jacking cars and killing people on the way. But sometimes things aren't always the way they seem; her parents were in an abusive relationship, which was kept hidden because of their place in society as 'researchers.' Sanguine happened to get caught in the middle of it as an unwanted child. When she turned twelve she was sent to a boarding school. Her parents had had enough of her. While she was there she was bitten by another boy who she thought was her friend. Not knowing why he would have bitten her, or that werewolves were even a thing, she felt betrayed, but kept it a secret from the rest of the school and the teachers. Thirteen came along and she had gotten used to being a werewolf- in fact, it helped when she could just shift into a very large, bright red candid with very sharp teeth to chase away angry car owners before she'd jack their rides. The girl loved driving all sorts of things- cars, motorcycles, you name it- and she could have been considered a professional by the time she was 16. That's when her friend left though- the one who had bitten her. He sort of made everything okay in her life, but when he left she found herself being picked on more than usual at school, and even bothered by the other guys in ways she really didn't want to recount. One day, after dark, she was walking back to the dorms from the gymnasium after working out. She was jumped by a group of guys, who's intent she didn't even want to find out, and drug to a dark, secluded spot on the property. Before they had the chance to show their true intentions, Sanguine shifted and made sure they could never tell anyone about her- or hurt anyone else ever again. After she graduated, Sanguine had no direction in life. She was pretty lost. So when her friend came back and offered to help train her, to make her someone not even other werewolves would pick on, she took the chance and did train with him for a couple years. He was captured by Templar, though. She doesn't know where he is now, but since he was captured she found herself wandering, killing Templar where she got the chance, evading law enforcement, and taking body-guard jobs from shady or squeaky clean people, it didn't matter to her. While she was in the facility she was experimented on, resulting in her being stuck in a half transformation. Her ears are wolf ears, a matted tail stayed, some of her teeth are wolf teeth and stick awkwardly out of her mouth, and her feet and hands have taken on a weird shape, having claws, paw pads on the feet, and are covered in short, black fur which fades into her normal skin color as it goes up. Tsuki has hazel eyes and her hair is short, although on the longer side of short, it's silver-ish grey mixed with black, although it is a bit matted. She stands at around 5'2". If she were to casually be in the form, she would probably hold her human personality, down to earth, but she can be a bit playful. She often comes off as a rude or intimidating person, like that bully in school, but she is actually pretty nice once you get to actually know her. She is a rather confident person. If she feels like looking emo one day, she will, if she feels like looking like an egirl, she will. He ended up getting caught by his parents trying to meet up with someone who had information for him and they scolded him. Personality/backstory: He is curious, passive, a bit too trusting (if you get him comfortable around you) and generally adorable. Being around werewolves makes him really nervous, and humans absolutely terrify him, so he lives on his own. His personality combined with his size means he appears years younger than he actually is. He's not a good hunter in his human form, though his wolf is significantly better, and awful at fighting as both human and wolf.
