Okay, so @PiscesInPiscinam
What are we going to be doing, other than fantasy
Are we using dragons, humans, anthros, or any others you have in mind?

We can just start, you can go first, my post is gonna be rather long and detailed so I'd rather have a character interaction to stem off of because I'm not the best at being rps

Being born half-human, Camus's view of the world had always been split in two. The human side of him and the elvish side of him always clashed, making it difficult for him to do much of anything. Try as he might, he could never match the artistic and intellectual abilities of his fellow elves. His efforts were always sub-par, tossed away like a piece of garbage. Every drawing he made, sword he forged, was always placed in the category of 'nice' that covered up the stench of disapproval. The only things Camus was ever truly praised for, was his music. The lute was his one window of creativity. He didn't quite know where he had learned to play, but he was labeled as one of the most gifted musicians in the city. He could weave a river of music that made everyone forget about their worries and let themselves drift on the current. He often let himself slip away into the songs as well, pushing all of his sadness aside and replacing it with the Epic of Ragolf and the Bane of Moru. Sometimes he would just sit, running his fingers over the polished wood, letting the cool smoothness of it smother in anger in him. But even the lute did not fill the hole in his soul. When he had turned twenty-six (around 15 in human years), he decided to leave the elvish city and go on to become a bard. He had traversed the continent, playing songs for the people in local taverns and inns, making a bit of coin along the way, and often receiving a hot meal and a bed in addition. And now, through some stroke of bad luck, he was lost. Lost in a forest where the oak trees grew tall. He had been wandering around for a while, scanning over the map and praying that he would find the road. He didn't like to be out after dark, especially without any camping gear on him. He was running out supplies as well, and was hoping to stock up in the next village. Unfortunately, a few wrong steps and he had gotten himself stuck here. He sighed, running a hand through his hair and look up at the sky. He muttered a curse under his breath, kicked a small stone into a tree, and then continued to walk.

(Sorry I was offline most of the day!)

Archie was equipped with his bow and arrows, running a hand over his runic tattoos as he looked around. His hair was pulled up in a messy ponytail, a nearly failed attempt at keeping the black hair on his head out of his face. He was hunting. Though he could have easily scouted the forest with his runic hawk, he decided he would try something new and track on his own, which was not turning out such a good thing.
"And now I've become too dependant on you haven't I?" He chuckled as he summoned his hawk, glowing green as it perched on his arm. He ran a hand over its head and let it fly. He closed his eyes and stood still, viewing the world through the eyes of the hawk.
The hawk stopped and dove down into the trees, having spotted something before it could even register in Archie's mind. It was a humanoid, though he didn't want to make assumptions on their ancestry. The hawk flapped in front of them.
Archie kept his eyes closed, "... Hi..." He said, his voice echoing through the hawk. He was unsure what to say, but he wasn't in control of the hawk. He mentally cursed the hawk for making social interaction a portion of his day, but wouldn't say that aloud.

(no prob lol. hope you don't mind that i used a picture. Seemed easier than describing how he looked :))

Camus whipped around, quickly pulling out a small knife and chucking it in the direction of the voice. Luckily, he was a terrible shot, and missed completely. A small shadow darted out of the way, sending the knife flying into the trunk of a large tree. It buried itself into the wood with a dull 'thunk'.
Camus looked around for a moment, trying to find where the voice had come from, but he didn't see anyone. He let out a small breath, closing his eyes and steeling his nerves. Slowly, he reached for another dagger, brandishing it in front of him like a sword.
"Who's there?" He asked calmly, opening his eyes back up. A small wind rustled the tree branches, making a small cascade of leaves drift down to the ground.
