Hello! Bleu here. Before I get started, please do not read or comment on the following if your not actually going to want to participate and/or if you do want to participate, make sure you have the time to invest and the motivation to post. The rules get a little personal, but they're simply there to make sure that people know this roleplay is everyone-friendly. In a way, most of it is common sense, and therefore as long as you're not rude than you're perfectly fine. Rules are more like guidelines. Thank you. [center][b]Beauty and the.. beast..? [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/rp/3146859#post_3146859](IC)[/url] 3-way RP Foggy Plot; Basically a God child, an Experiment, a cocky prince, and a lab assistant are trying to take down an organization attempting to free the apocalypse by increasing monsters designed to carry out the disease. Setting: A bunker somewhere far below. Time Zone: Somewhat an Old England type feel, so small electrical advancements like watches, GPS, Old cars and very very old planes are starting to morph the world. Boundaries: 1) Assuming the organization is ahead of modern time, things like shockers, trackers, tricked out gadgets, etc are fine to use 2) This organization obviously knows what they’re doing, and therefore finding a “weak spot” won’t be easy. With the power of brainstorming, there could be flaw in the system, but more likely ways to create a more challenging setting probably include things like the power of addition. Add things that weren’t there before, and make them backfire 3) I—as much as it would be great to kinda “lead” this whole thing, I’d rather the group work evenly. No ones opinion outweighs the other and all brainstorming is important and encouraged! I love worldbuilding, so I tend to push a lot of ideas out there. Don’t be afraid to turn some down if you deem them unfitting 4) Stay within the bounds of logic. P l e a s e . 5) Nobody is unbeatable. Regeneration can only be used to a point to prevent rapid-fire unfairness, and while fighting is encouraged (for drama reasons hehe), it’d be best to fight in a way that doesn’t immediately hinder all of our options. But feel free to injure someone without warning. My favorite color is either turquoise or gold. ----- [img]https://i.imgur.com/SN2sDuJ.png[/img] Character: Illunis Novilunii Character's origins/background (keep it relatively short): An ancient creature that is the child of a blood and a moon deity. He was originally hibernating deep within the earth until he was found in his beast form and taken by the Organization, and remained in that form until he awoke and turned into his human form in order to neutralize most of his abilities. Despite being the child of a moon and blood deity that were relatively known for their wicked acts, Illunis himself is a relatively calm and peaceful creature that dislikes violence. Sadly most of the legends that surround him don't seem to agree with that fact and paint him as a rather malicious figure like his parents. Role you 'd like: Beast Character's gender/pronouns: Male He/Him Character's age: Looks to be in his mid to early twenties. Has kind of lost track due to being imprisoned and his long time in hibernation. Character's powers/abilities/skills/talents: [b]Soul Gaze:[/b] Able to look into another eyes and see everything that they have and will be. This needs direct eye contact and the person who is sharing Illunis's gaze will see the everything that Illunis had and will be. Prolonged eye contact can induce madness into a person, and with even longer eye contact Illunis can take a person's soul. [b]Infectious Presence:[/b] The blood that constantly comes from his eyes and stomach dries and flakes off over time. This becomes an aerosolized powder that can induce madness and fear in those that breathe it in. It is extremely weak when Illunis is in his human form, but is far stronger in his eldritch form. [b]Moon Presence:[/b] Illunis has the ability to transform both partially and fully into the beast that resides within his soul. A truly monstrous thing that creates a small area of effect around it in which a red moon dominates the sky when he transforms completely. The red moon centers around the transformed Illunis and can be seen for about a mile in every direction. [b]Eclipse Beast:[/b] Illunis turns into a massive beast. His skin blackens and another pair of darkened bones pierce the skin of his torso to create an additional rib cage. Black feathers tipped in red sprout from around the parietal bone to the top of his shoulders where they transition to scraggly gravity defying fur along their back and down their limbs. Even though they are now a four legged creature, their front limbs end with five fingered hands tipped with sharp claws, and bony projections sprout that from their forelimbs. Their back half has broken and twisted into something more similar to that of a canine with a long swishing tail that has a literal mouth of its own. His head is the most major change though (and that's saying something), as it shifts into a skull similar to a [url=https://66.media.tumblr.com/d920f5bb5517d929e43fe9157cb54417/tumblr_ps6gvzkZWK1qhx4bqo3_500.jpg]reeves muntjac deer[/url], but with the teeth of a carnivore. A massive pair of dark antlers sprout from his skull where a red full moon hangs between the prongs. Another bony maw hides within his maw to double the amount of sharp snake-like teeth within it. Blood leaks from the sockets of his eyes and from the protruding ribs where it drys and then breaks off to surround them in a hazy mist. Will draw this later because this is very long. [b]God's Blood:[/b] The blood that Illunis bleeds can give others enhanced healing and strength. The only cost is your sanity and free will. Anyone who drinks Illunis's blood in great amounts finds themselves doing anything to get on his good side in order to get more blood. Using it in enchanting creates objects that boost physical traits, senses, healing, and very rarely luck.

While I adore your character, and encourage you to not give up, I'm going to have to turn Joan down. Only because unless altered by the organization, the world is supposed to remain relatively normal. What I mean by this(since kingdoms are a thing) I'm talking new-world type setting. But humans are humans, and those with abnormalities are typically reserved for the 'Beast' role.

I apologize for not including that in the introduction, and I blame myself for not making that clearer. However, the way you weave detail into your characters is certainly fascinating and I'd love to see something else if you're still interested. If not, I completely understand.

I have plenty of other characters that I can use! Do you want me to delete my post and then make a new one with another character or simply edit it with the new characters? I have one that has an eldritch and human appearance that could probably fit the beast position if thats alright.

Yes! Ofcourse, you can edit that one. I don’t mind at all, and an eldritch appearance sounds fitting! ^^

@FlamesEmbrace mmm not quite but I’ll accept it! Love the concept. I’ll have you plop in when Ceres walks around the bunker.

That means @MaunaKea when you go around the bunker on your way back, you can spot him or interact somehow. For easy access, it’d probably be easier if the cells were close to each other, so maybe just the next one over. If this doesn’t work, we could figure out something else. (And apologies for the ping I have no idea if your subscribed or not.)

And later on, perhaps the three could be included in a test, or be thrown into a situation to induce a type of interaction? For brainstorming sake, it could be to see how an eldritch child-of-gods would take affect on a normal—mostly untouched human and something they’ve already experimented with.

Actually tha'd be absolutely amazing. When Ceres goes to fight the monsters in the other place (as in like next post or something;;) maybe that's how they could find him! Or not, but if we're going to play a new capture like this, then it would be a more than decent intro so we don't have to worry about already having him confined in a cell.

That is--if Flames would be willing! ^^
