A new god is rising up from the sands...
her scales are dusty yellow with brighter yellow curling around her bright orange eyes. her wings stretch out almost endless like the dunes of sand in her desert. her fangs are curled like that of a Shattered Serpents. her ears were large similar of that of a fennec fox. her scales were sharp like a Desert Horned Lizards. she raised her head towards the burning sun she understood what and who she was. she was dune runner A god of the sands an ever twisting and changing danger and the only fearless will dare live in her constant sandstorms. she lowered her head and huffed a swirl of sand from her lungs. she looked over her domain with disinterest. she took flight for a while before landing in an open stretch of sand laying down burying herself in the sand until she was well hidden. she could wait for dragons to come to her. She only wanted the fearless after all.......


this roleplay is an idea that has been rolling around in my head of how could or what if new gods were introduced. so, this takes place on a different continent then the other flights. I will most likely change this up before rp really starts, I will be controlling the weather, temp, water scarcity, and of course dune runner

I'm really looking for a group of fearless dragons who get sent out to explore this new place but get lost in the desert and have to survive in their new home. I would like to start with a team of 10 dragons which may expand depending on if they have children or not or if rescue teams get sent looking for them and get lost too.

to keep it fair all 10 dragons, have to agree with any set plan of course if it 9 to 1 you go with the 9 people. this is kind of like DnD campaign, but more free and only dice will be rolling for things you ask of the dune runner and how willing she is to help you survive. each dragon will also get a roll at the beginning to see how much she generally likes them 1 being a could care less that you exist to 20 I'm your mentor now and we are having soft tacos later. if you ask, I can roll or flip a coin in life and death situations.

I'll say they came along because they were looking for a ticket to get away from Sornieth for a while. Bounty has pretty much been on the run for their whole life through no fault of their own. Hanging out with only nine other dragons didn't seem tough for someone like her. She has a head for numbers and likes to approach things methodically. Small things can and will make her annoyed or worried, but she's aware and is careful not to trust those feelings, and she's experienced in not showing and ignoring them. *Chosen for this job after an extensive background in studying and performing communications magic. In this distant continent with little of the elemental gods' magic, an unaffiliated magic like this was predicted to not suffer much. She's as skilled as anyone can be in this developing field, but it takes a focused few hours to send the signals, which require a mixture of magic and tech to receive, so it's only a one-way communications channel so far and she doesn't relay often. **After the team realized this was a desert (before or after arrival, doesn't matter), she got the job of helping locate water with her innate magic (water flight), either by sensing it or condensing it from the humidity in the air. However, due to the lack of external water magic to draw on (being far from the influence of the Eleven), the success of this is basically up to the whims of the desert and The DuneRunner. Still better than nothing though? I tried to make her a little specialized but not overpowering in any way. These are her designated roles, she spends most of her time helping out with the team's daily work. Also, feel free to have The DuneRunner (or desert conditions in general) interfere with any of her magic, new worlds and new magic are unpredictable! I'm @/Airbuddy

They very rarely argue, and work in conjunction to make the best notes. Treasure is the eyes of the pair, carefully assessing everything they see to be recorded by their twin. Valentine is the ears of the two, with a quick hand and excellent memory, as they’re the one who writes the notes. They’re pretty friendly with other dragons, but they’ll usually end up applying their notes to other dragons instead of actually talking to them. It turns out, it’s really hard to make friends when you’re busy writing down their every move, sentence, and passing expression. They genuinely couldn’t care less about their reputation, being more job driven than friend-motivated. They just really really want to be the first dragon to write about the new deity. @/AndromedaFlight
