Also partially based on Rockstar's Bully[/size] [center][b]About Astronia[/b][/center] After battles tensed down and peace was coming back within the Multiverse, heroes, villains, and others settled down, needing something new to do. Residents from all over moved to the epicenter of the multiverse and created a city called Astronia, situated on a huge floating island. Don't worry, it has an atmosphere and is completely safe to live in! Well, mostly... Astronia is home to a wide variety of different people and places! There are 5 districts: Northern, Commercial, Downtown, Suburb, and the Rural areas. The Northern district is where all the Richie-riches live. It is home to all the mansions, golf clubs, fancy diners, huge gardens, etc. The Commercial area is where most of the business is done. It's home to restaurants and diners, shops, offices, and other commercial businesses and workplaces. The Downtown district is the heart of the city. It's home to the Capital Building and Governor's Office, parks and hangout areas, souvenir shops, etc. Oh, did I mention to forget the famous [i]Astronia Academy[/i]? Next, there's the Suburbs. While some people may want to live in the rural countryside or an apartment downtown, most people choose to live here. It has all sorts of different houses, from big to small, short to tall, thin to wide, red and blue, you get the picture. Finally, we have the Rural District. This is the outskirts of town, the great countryside. It's home to farms that grow all sorts of delicious vegetables and ranches that raise animals from all reaches of the multiverse. There's not a lot going around here, but the air is fresh, and the fields are quite open! This building is exactly that! Yes, Astronia has schools and universities, but this place is different. Not only does it have regular education (mathematics, science, etc.) but also a plethora of other courses you wouldn't normally be able to take. When teachers sign up, they can create their own classes that they can teach. When it comes to students, you must be admitted to the school first, but other than that, anyone can join! It is the largest and most famous school in the city [i]and[/i] the multiverse; everyone wants to join! This academy has been here since the early days of Astronia, but recently another school has come into play as a rival... It was founded and is funded by a [url=https://snk.fandom.com/wiki/Wolfgang_Krauser]ripped, filthy-rich German guy[/url] and sports twice the size (or even more) than Astronia Academy, but significantly less students. They call it... [i]Krauser's Academy for the Excellent[/i]. Unlike Astronia Academy, you can only be accepted if you made a great achievement in your life, are well known, are intelligent, and are wealthy. No one really steps on each other's 'territory', but occasionally someone, or some people will cause trouble. They compete in sporting events against the other academies to be #1 and win 90% of the time due to their rigorous training. The students that attend Krauser's Academy for the Excellent are considered extremely snobby by other people and describe themselves as "the highest of all" and "only the best". ------------------------------------------------------- [center]Welcome to Astronia Academy, the most famous school in all of the multiverse where heroes, villains, and others alike attend to became better and learn new things! Make new friends and enemies, join clubs, participate in activities, and deal with random situations...? Please read the rules first before you do the rest. [/center] [LIST] [*] Follow FR rules and Etiquette. [LIST][*]While extremely powerful characters will be allowed, Do NOT use this power to disrupt the RP. Remember, with great power comes great responsibility. You can cause chaos as long as it doesn't affect the core components of the roleplay... Here's some examples: [b][OKAY:][/b] Creating an explosion during chemistry class, pulling the fire alarm, putting dynamite in the toilets in the rival school, reading others' minds to get answers for a test, bullying other students (but not the player!) [b][NOT OKAY:][/b] Bombing the school, creating a black hole to destroy the island, killing students / staff without permission from the player, godmodding / constant, unplanned, or "lucky" evasion. Let's say you're escaping detention... you should have a plan to escape or use a reasonable way of getting out. [LIST] [*][b][OKAY:][/b] Pick locking the detention door open [i]if[/i] your character has the skills and a bobby pin, getting others to help you unscrew and open the vent door [*][b][NOT OKAY:][/b] "My character is inellgetnt so Grognak the Barbarian skipped school (even though he was in school, attended his classes, and caused trouble) to not gt in truble then therferor then not have dtention" [/LIST] For similar reasons, teleportation will be extremely limited so it can't be exploited. Remember, even if your character gets roughed-up by Bullies or gets suspended, whether you like it or not, it's all a part of the RP. (Being a perfect A+ student, having everyone like you, and not having any problems at all is kind of boring [s]That's Krauser Academy talk[/s]) [/LIST] [*] Be respectful to players [LIST][*] As mentioned above, I did say you can bully other characters, but you should NOT be rude to the player themselves and pass it off as "being in character". Do not slander on other characters, no matter how cringe you might think they are (Remember, characters that break the rules will be denied access from me, so no need to say "Don't add them because ...". Final note, be mature. This doesn't mean "be serious all the time" or "do adult things", but you shouldn't constantly go on about how hot a character is or how they look like poo funni unironically.[/LIST] [*] Keep it 13+ and around. [LIST]Do not exceed this. Censor all swear words (fandom and minor swears are an exception) your character might spit out, or hint to it if they use heavy language (ex: He cursed heavily after hitting his elbow against the desk). No characters with suggestive outfits, of course. When it comes to romance, you can kiss, hug, etc. but nothing worse than that. Absolutely do NOT romance anyone under or above your character's age range. Students should not be romanced with teachers or staff, because it's kind of weird...[/LIST] [*] No using real world people. [LIST][*]While it might be cool to use your favorite sports player, historical figure, or celebrity, using real world people can get rather strange at times and should be avoided... Characters based on real world people will be allowed, as long as they are not too close to their real-world counterpart. [/LIST] [*] Don't take claims that have already been claimed. [LIST][*]Wanted to be head of a club or coach of the Astronia Academy baseball team? If someone's already claimed that spot... sorry buddy, but you better wait or pick another one. Do not force yourself into slots that are already filled up. However, if the person gets fired, moves on from, or is inactive after claiming for a while, it will become open again. You can make claims anytime for positions before writing characters, y'know, just in case.[/LIST] [*] No duplicate characters. [LIST][*]Alternate versions and AUs of characters will be allowed. (Ex: Ken and Violent Ken / Sans and Ink!Sans) No more than 4 AUs of the same character are allowed at a time.[/LIST] [*] You can always take out a character whenever you feel it is necessary [LIST][*]Don't want to use a character or just don't want to be a part of the RP without wanting to abandon it as a whole? What's the school mascot?

• Good question! They're called the Astronium Behemoths. What's a Behemoth? It's a giant legless space dragon made out of cosmic matter. For the mascot costume, they have a couple of students go under it and bounce it around. Think of it like those Chinese Dragons in those cool parades.

Where's the dorms?

• Originally, I planned on having everyone live outside of the academy, but now we live in dorms! It's alright if your character lives elsewhere, though.

What classes / clubs will my student attend?

• When most people are ready to go, there's lots of classes available, and at least 3+ clubs, you can write down their schedule(s)! Keep it safe, for example: In a text document, a notebook, in the character's description, ect.

How the hecc do I make a class / club!?

• EZ. Just fill out the form! If it's a general class that everyone knows about and does not need explanation (ex: P.E), then you don't have to fill out a form for it.

What's the schedule?

• Typically, a student has 5 - 8 classes. School starts at 8:00 AM and ends at 3:45 PM (in-game wise) Oh yeah, lunch goes from 12:00 - 12:50 PM. Passing periods are at least 10 minutes long so students can do what they need and get to their next class.
  Here's how it goes:
  • 1st class - 8:00 - 8:45 AM
  • 2nd class - 8:50 - 9:35 AM
  • 3rd class - 9:45 - 10:30 AM
  • 4th class - 10:40 - 11:25 AM
  • 5th class - 11:35 - 12:20 PM
  • Lunch - 12:20 - 1:00 PM
  • 6th class - 1:10 - 1:55 PM
  • 7th class - 2:05 - 2:50 PM
  • 8th class and dismissal- 3:00 - 3:45 PM
  • Clubs and other after-school activities - 4:00 PM - ???

Can I just... y'know, walk outta school?

• Of course! There's nothing stopping you from leaving any time and skipping, but your character might get in big trouble afterwards! Students are allowed to leave school grounds and go elsewhere during lunch, but make sure to be back on time!

How come some jobs are missing from the character claims?

• Only the not-as-prevalent jobs are taken out, or I didn't think of them. Instead, most of them will be taken by NPCs. Extras can be added to the roster if you put it in your character sheet or if you ask!

Can I sign my character up for KAE?

• Sorry pal, but no. This RP is focused on Astronia Academy, and you will be attending there. Krauser's Academy for the Excellent was made to serve as the rival for the main school during events and in general. Occasionally, you'll find students from there at your school, but it usually isn't a good sign... You can lead a team of students (or yourself) to sneak in and do some mischief at KAE yourself, but don't get caught!

What do you mean by... random / special events?

• These are fun in-game events that can spice things up! These can be huge to small. For example, there could be a monster running loose in the school, Prom, or the biggest one, the Multiversal Academy Games. You can also host parties for your house as well!

Multiversal Academy Games???

• Yes, the big event! It happens mid or close to the end of the school year. In this big event, students from across the multiverse and from other great academies compete against each other in different activities to see who's top dog! The head administrators pick the events to be played.

Can I play as a feral / non-anthro plz?

• Sure, go ahead; follow your dreams! Just know there might be restrictions on your character (ex: opening doorknobs, getting up on a table). Make sure you have a buddy to help out!

Can I be my OC? I know they're not from anything but...

• What!? Of course you can! You don't even have to ask!

How many characters can I have?

• Currently, there's no character limit, so have fun with all your characters! Be wary that having too many characters can be tiring and hard to keep track of. As an alternative suggestion to writing every one of your characters' responses, you can do two - four at a time.

Can I have NPC friends? Would they count as extra characters?

• Of course you can! Just make sure to use them responsibly and not to powerplay. For example, if you were a Popular, which is known to have lots of buddies by their side, you can have NPCs walk with them or be in the background of their party. No need to have a lengthy character sheet for each, you can just say that they're there.

How many archetypes can my character be?

• Up to 2-3 different archetypes. For example, you can be a Popular Jock Bully. Try mixing and matching! Just face it though, being a Popular Jock Bully Nerd Edgelord Othertype would be a mess, right?

Are there any banned characters?

• Hmm... Besides characters that break the rules in general, not really. Possibly as an example, characters that are super DUPER ultra giant size and wouldn't even be able to fit inside of Astronia Academy (ex: Wailord)??? But if you can make adjustments to the character (ex: making a tiny Wailord) to fit in better. But still, I wouldn't really call any non rule-breaking characters "banned".

Umm... actually canonically speaking, (X) wouldn't be able to understand (Y) because...

• Language barriers are not a problem, so no need to "*Faeya EverHeart couldn't understand Barnaby because she's an elf and only speaks High Elven and Barnaby is a Human and speaks English with a Cajun accent so therefore they cannot understand each other >~< sowwy...*"

Bullies usually stay clear of the Populars. Includes the subtypes Gossipers, Influencers, etc.[/LIST] [*] The Jocks [LIST][*]The strong, sporty people. They are on one or more of the Astronia Academy's sports teams and are always preparing for the Multiversal Academy Games. They are proud of their school and who they are, maybe just a little [i]too[/i] much. Bullies don't really care to bother the Jocks, some actually respecting them, but may occasionally challenge them. Includes the subtypes Cheerleaders, mascots, etc. [/LIST] [*] The Bullies [LIST][*]The tyrants of Astronia Academy. You thought teachers would be the ones controlling you? Nope. You better watch your back around these troublemakers. Whether they have an unheard-of trauma or are just jerks in general, the Bullies use their power to get things [i]their[/i] way. They usually go alone or band together to pick on others, showing unlucky students "who's boss."[/LIST] [*] The Nerds [LIST][*]The smart ones; where one lacks in brawn, they make up for it in brains. The Nerds have no problem with the hardest tests and spend lots of time studying together. Because of this, others always ask them for the homework answers and to do their quizzes for them. Due to their vulnerability, however, they are the major target for the Bullies. Sometimes referred to as "smarties". Also includes the sub-type Geeks and Preppies.[/LIST] [*] The Edgelords [LIST][*]The rebels; the angsty, edgy, and moody ones. Normally having few friends, they are quite mysterious. just a quick question before i run off-

what’s considered a unique/uncommon subject? because i have this professor guy who is sort of a time traveller from where he comes from and i want to make him a physics teacher, but just asking what other subjects i could possibly consider since he’s a bit special when it comes to what science he does :p
