Lenient edit rules: 10 free edits - 1 major, 9 minor. [size=2]Major edits are up to 30% coverage (by Spikulec's observation); Minor edits are be roughly 5% or less in coverage in different areas of the design (by Spikulec's observation), or recolors. [/size] 3. Traditional black&white fullbody sketch of 1 dragon, drawn in Spikulec's eclectic style :) She will scan it in and send it to you by email/PM. You can request to have the custom skin or the sketch done first. The blueprint will have to be provided by the winner, sorry! We want to keep the money strictly for design only, because of fear that it would be something like buying FR item (blueprint) with USD :O
