They prefer to be joyful and care-free, like the gentle and playful breezes that whisk them to new lands. Of all the dragons, Wind Dragons are the most friendly, eager to become a small part of every community they encounter before they eventually and inevitably leave, following the currents in pursuit of a new adventure. Maps, compasses, and feathers are their favored treasure. [center][size=4][b]Region Information[/b][/size][/center] Here exists a peaceful highland of steppes and fields, the terrain itself swaying to the tune of the endless plumes and currents of warm wind that caress the region. It is a world of rushed merriment, as dragons dive through and curl around gigantic clouds, racing one another through pockets of swirling cool air. The messages of the world all pass through this plateau, with each dragon traveling somewhere, and for some reason, guided only by the direction of the wind and a sense of exploration. No copyrighted characters). The use of texture is discouraged. Please do not watermark your contest submissions. Entries must be unique and may not be reprints or edits of custom skin items. Winning entries will become an official flight rising skin or accent, and may not be reused or reuploaded as a custom skin at a later date. (this includes edits) Entries that are not selected will still be eligible for being uploaded by the user as a custom skin or accent. [br][br] ------ [br][br] [center][size=5][b]Skin & Accent Rules & Reminders:[/b][/size][/center] A reminder to read the [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=skins]skin & accent creation rules[/url]. All entries must abide by these. [b]The exception and addition to the existing rules is that we are are requiring all [i]holiday contest accents[/i] cover a minimum of 5% of the dragon, and a maximum of 50%[/b] (this is a change from the custom accent rules, which state an accent may be 1%-30% - this rule still holds true for all non-contest accents.) Accents are recommended to be markings rather than apparel, which is provided through the festive favors shop. Here some additional reminders for skin rules: [LIST] [*]Skins must maintain an intact shadow and line art layer that are darker than the colors they sit on top of. [LIST][*]Do not erase into either of these layers. [*]Do not make them so light that they do not appear distinctly darker than the colors that they rest on top of.[/LIST] [*]Remember that skins and accents may not cover up line art or extend beyond the silhouette of the dragon. [*]All submissions must be 350x350 png24 with transparency. Large previews are fine, but we need the correctly sized image for judging.
