MAKE IMPERIALS EAT THEIR VEGETABLES
If you're anything like me and you love Imperials, Guardians, and our other dragon friends that partake in more than one type of food, you may find yourself frustrated that your converted food stores go down disproportionately.
My biggest complaint is that I'm always the lowest on seafood. ALWAYS.
Right now, my food stores are at a ratio of 3m:3i:2s:3p. Even looking at my account settings, I can see a similar trend:
- Total Meat Eaten: 20399
- Total Insects Eaten: 20399
- Total Plants Eaten: 16481
- Total Seafood Eaten: 28708
I can never provide enough seafood and I think my main culprits are the dragons that have a varied diet (Imperials & Guardians) chowing down on the seafood stores and not leaving enough for my dragons that can only eat seafood (Coatls, Ridgebacks, etc.).
Rather than making dragons eat less or having individual "toggles" to choose what varied-diet eaters eat (you suggesters like your toggles), I propose that we have have 4 new feed buttons in addition to the "feed" button on our dragon lair page. The new buttons OR dropdown list (a good space saving idea) would be:
- Feed All (top, default action)
- Feed Meat
- Feed Insects
- Feed Seafood
- Feed Plants
This would allow you to basically choose which of your food stores to distribute first. If I have an excess of plants, I could choose "Feed Plants" and all dragons that have the ability to eat plants (so herbivores like Tundras as well as omnivores like Imperials and Guardians) would fill up on their share of plants and only my plant stores would go down.
From there, I could then choose to manually feed the rest of my dragons (clicking "Feed Meat", "Feed Insects", "Feed Seafood", etc.) OR, if I didn't care, I could just click "Feed All" and it would feed my dragons like normal with the current system.
Thoughts? I know this is a (minor) annoyance for some and I think this would be a reasonable fix while still allowing people who don't care to feed their dragons like they always have (with the "Feed All" button).
Please note that this is NOT a discussion on how to get food (gathering, grinding, etc.) and your personal preference for obtaining food. It's merely about distributing the food stores equally.
