Heres my interpretation of it:

I also took some inspiration from anoles for the throat fan thing but that could easily be replaced with a clasic frog throat inflation too I just personally think throat fans are realy cool.

I think theyd probubly have a diet of mostly insects because thats what frogs eat so their teeth would probubly be rounded for the most part except maybe a few fangs because [s]they look cool[/s] some bugs like scorpions would probubly need to be killed before being eaten.
I think theyd also need pads on the bottoms of their feet so they can travel long distances (while most real life frogs have soft feet so they can sit around all day doing nothing) frog dragons would jump a lot so they might use their wings more for gliding than for flying in which case having strong feet is important.
Also I think theyd be pretty small like a fae dragon so I drew a more flight rising style of what their eyes could look like and based it on a fae dragons except theyd probubly have a second eye lid like many reptiles do.

I put spikes on your frog and tried to give it wings based off the toe webbing on frogs. My utter failure as artist was overcome by the thought of a dragon whose best weapon was its tongue.
