TOPIC | New dragon + heterochromia
Okay so i was thinking for a new dragon there could be a two headdd dragon, but i am not sure if a two headed dragon falls into the rule of six limbs (arms wings back legs) for dragons. Becaude if there is four limbs (legs and wings) it would be considered a wyvern. If it has no wings it is a drake. I have noticed sll FR dragons show these features or have more than 6 limbs. So i geuss as long as it has wings legs and arms its okay. But a two headed dragon in flight rising would be hella cool. Also what if now since we have all the different eye types there could be heterochromia. Like if you have a dragon from one flight and a dragon from your flight it could get an eye color from that flight and the other. Hoe this would play into Coliseum is that the dragon can use both elemantal abilities. Or the dragon could just have an unusual eye or say a rare eye. Anyway those are my thoughts. Bye!

man, as cool as heterochromia would be, i don't think it'll be implemented. ever. also, the only dragon that you'd be able to see it on would be male spirals.
i like the idea of a two headed breed though! support~

A two headed dragon would be cool, but that brings up another issue with apparel. On which head would head apparel go? Would you have to buy two hats and apply one to each head, would the apparel duplicate on its own, or would only one head receive the apparel?

Dragon heterochromia also sounds awesome, but unfortunately considering most of the poses that the dragons (facing the side, only one eye visible) are in, it wouldn't be visible at all, unfortunately :/

A two headed dragon would be great. Apparel could very easily just go on both heads. (Likely through copy + paste.) Either that or there would be a dominant head that would be the only one that receives apparel and is the avatar. I prefer the option where it just goes on both tbh, otherwise the other hair would look really bare.

Heterochromia, as cool as it would be, would unfortunately not work due to the fact that most breeds only have one eye showing.

While I think we can have MORE than the minimum, I doubt we will get a multi headed dragon (we could though) simply because of Emperors, which are canonically unable to integrate into lairs.

Heterochromia wouldn't work, at least not the way I think you describe it, because Eye color is influenced by the element of the dragon, which is determined by birth flight. A dragon cannot be of two elements at the same time (canonically, a dragon can work outside its own element, but it would be very weak in that second element, and it could never work with the opposing element, so even if you see being able to work with a second element as that dragon being of the second element, it would be too weak to influence the eye color)

One thing that might be neat, now that we have eye variants, is to have a dragon BREED that is heterochromatic. IE, it is facing us, both eyes visible, and the variants can be different amongst the four natural regular ones (so you could have a common/rare eyed dragon) though this might require further coding and be difficult to implement.

Or, maybe instead of using variants, just have a colored filter over one eye so that say you get a water primal eyed variant, one primal eye will be more seafoam greenish (but still water colored) while the other would be regular primal color.

I would LOVE a two headed dragon. I've wanted one since I joined.

I'd also love heterochromia. Lorewise, I have a dragon with it. However, as said above, most species only have one eye visible anyway. I mean, with new eye types, heterochromia could, theoretically, be released. But in practicality, it would just be a word on most dragons' description rather than anything we could actually see.

If writers are supposed to "show not tell," why are we called "storytellers" and not "storyshow-ers"?
