I know some people have already suggested it but I haven't seen a specific thread for it yet
Please, do not make more eye types that are breeding only when said eyetype is as drastic a change as goat eyes is. Unlike the majority of the natural eyetypes, which are color changes, goat eyes has a more noticeable difference on dragons that have large eyes.
Making Goat Eyes a natural eyetype has bigger cons than pros. You can't get it on older dragons, literally impossible if it not being achieved through a scattersight is true. And it Adds even more natural eye types which makes it harder to get a desired eye type while breeding.
The pros? Anyone can get them through breeding? Sure, but you can achieve a similar amount of availability by making them a swipp trade instead. You wouldn't need need to pay gems, be a high cauldron level, or grind as much as you would for swirl if you just needed to have like a stack of goats and some other items to get it.
I don't see the need to add any more natural eye types, period, we have a lot already and people are already unhappy you can't reliably get them on older dragons. Why is goat a natural eye type when we could have gotten a vial?
All in all, there isn't a benefit to locking goat eyes, or any of the natural eye types, to strictly breeding only. Having vials for them gives players more choice and freedom, but it won't take away from the fun of hatching a rare eye type. I doubt the fact that there are eye types you can only get through breeding and no where else will bring new players in, and it doesn't really benefit poorer newbies either. This is just restricting customization we should be able to have, and its even worse when natural eye types are the only outliers save for sex, element, and imp scrolls.

Edit:
Something I'd like to add, I would be perfectly fine with more natural eye types, if they also had vials. We could have a singular goat vial, or even one that has a chance for goat and faceted and whatever other animal like natural eyes they may add, a vial for all the common natural hue changes, and for rarer ones like multi and Primal individual vials. But until they give vials to natural eyetypes, don't add more.
