I think everyone's had that time where they've been melting things for a specific goop color, and then Baldwin just like... refuses to give it to you.
So why not implement a way to mix slime colors together to get the other variants?
It can be a way to "dump" the goops you don't necessarily want/need in other ways than the AH, since you would use 1 of each color (white and black for grey or yellow and blue for green, for example) to get the new color, and it adds maybe a bit of a fun element to Baldwin! It could be on a timer like the Baldwin stuff is too I think! Homebog needs to mix the goop asmr style.
You could also go the Minecraft dye route and have there be 2 resulting goops from mixing 2 (since it'd be the same volume, just another color).

that'd be really cool! i'd like that. i'm just not sure how it would mess with the market, but i'm sure it wouldn't be too insane of an impact. i'd say more than one of each, maybe 2 or 3 for the rarer ones.

White is the rarer outcome out of melting apparel, and Blue is the rarer outcome out of melting food/trinket/others, so that wouldn't be that useful, would it?

Corviknight (i love your UN!) that's true! but it'd be a neat feature and a way to get some
gotdam grey goop, Baldwin without needing 100% rng, I think :O like how you grind to get certain items or gear in games!
obvs you wouldn't grind just white or blue goop to make into other things, but if you're in a pinch and just need 1-2 of a color and got plenty of the color components... fun slime time :-)
