Every elemental festival has a gathering warning if you start gathering the same day of the festival before the festival starts.
Though NotN is quite a bit different, it still has a gathering presence and I know the first year I was here (last year) I didn't know until NotN started that it effected gathering so I gathered basically an hour before it started.
This year I totally forgot to wait as well.
Whilst it isn't a big deal, it is kind of inconsistent so I think a gathering warning would be a nice addition.
