TOPIC | Awakened Familiars
What if in addition to the 50 treasure earned by bonding with an Awakened familiar, they also had a chance to give of their corresponding Coliseum drops, with the same probability? So if I bonded with a Clown Hippocampus that was Awakened it would also have a chance to drop Clown Hippocampus Spines

What happens for the numerous familiars that cannot be found in the coli?

Ehhh... Maybe it had a small change to give 'gifts' (similar to Pinkerton but the loot table would be more refined) or even a very rare chance to get a dup of that familiar.

Perhaps instead they could go through and make 'classes' of familiars, where each class drops certain things.

For instance, coliseum familiars can drop coliseum loot, treasure MP familiars can drop gathering loot, and I don't know what gem MP familiars can drop.

Baldwin could potentially drop baldwin materials, while swipp could potentially drop swipp materials.

As for 'special' familiars, such as booleans, perhaps they could be classed into a random group.

Retired familiars have a 0 chance for this to happen and stick to the loot table.

I'll be honest, I don't really need more coli stuff*, so that's not super appealing as a bonus... But it would be nice if awakened familiars occasionally dropped something with maybe a really really really rare chance of a chest from time to time just so keeping awakened familiars equipped and continuing to bond didn't feel like such a huge waste of effort. I'd love to leave some familiars equipped to dragons that they match or otherwise have a connection to, but once they are awakened it's not worth it.

Given that bonding refreshes ads whether the familiar is awakened or not encouraging it even on awakened fams could be a good thing.

*I'm not sure that even with it just for coli familiars, rarely dropping another familiar would be beneficial. Coliseum familiars are already not worth much (unless they're bosses or very new) because they drop so frequently already. Adding more to the game just devalues them further, and there's only so many you can throw at Baldwin in a day. I mean, you can hoard sell them but even so, Id' rather get a rare chance of coli apparel than the familiars that drop waaaay more often.

It'd be nice to have some variety, but I think a rare chance of a chest (of any kind, maybe?) would be more easily applicable to familiars across the board.
