Suggestions

I don't even know why I'm posting this because it will probably get no support, lolol, BUT HERE GOES.

This is definitely a selfish suggestion, but:

The only thing I use Swipp for outside of familiars is turning rusted chests into gilded chests.

Unfortunately, I have to Adult(TM) and work 5 days a week, 40 hours a week, assuming I haven't volunteered for sweet sweet overtime, so I miss...probably a alot of Swipps for these chests.

I would be OVER THE MOON if it was a Baldwin Recipe instead.

Or in addition. I don't care if it stayed on Swipp too, but maybe others wouldn't like that?

But for the sake of fairness and stuff, ideas to adjust it for Baldwin:

• In addition to the original recipe ingredients (Rusted chests and gold ore), it would also cost some rare materials/materials you have to craft like the Irradiated Alchemical Reduction or some such.

• The crafting time would be LONG. A full 24 hours? Or would that be too long? I personally wouldn't care if it was that long

• I can't think of anything else D:

I don't know if there is a Gilded Chest economy because I never sell mine, I always open them for the chance at a new familiar (I collect them). So I don't know if this would mess with it too badly, but I just have a hilarious amount of rusted chests and ore in my vault.

I've been checking Swipp whenever possible for like 3 months and haven't gotten the chest recipe yet X'D

I'm tempted to just give up and open them all but if people like this idea maybe it's worth suggesting before I do that.

This would be pretty good, actually. I would go for this.

I wouldnt mind this at all. Definitely should take a long while, i think 24 hours is good. But yeah i never save up my rusted chests anymore because swipp never has the trade lmao.

I have no objection to the Gilded Decorative Chest being brewable, especially if it has a completely new recipe.

The Swipp trade is a pretty bad deal as the materials are more valuable than the item (Gilded Decorative Chest x1) you get out of it. Going by LAH right now:

Rusted Chest x3 = 6g
Gold Ore x 5 = 115g
total = 121g

Gilded Decorative Chest = 35g

So yeah, 121g worth of items for one 35g chest. You're almost better off just selling the materials and buying chests on the AH. X'D

I actually don't BUY the materials for it but maybe I should just sell my stash instead LOL

Y'know, with the recent baldwin update... That doesn't sound totally unreasonable, presuming the items and time required were made an appropriate value for what you'd get back.
