I'm not sure how or if this would work, it's just an idea I had.
It really bugs me when I come online after a few busy days and my dragons are starving. Why can't they get into my food stores when I'm not around? As long as we have the food points, I think our dragons should be allowed to go ham...
(Unless it's something to do with reload ad
revenue, which I understand!)
(EDIT: ofc, this should be an optional feature to avoid running out of food. ^^)
(EDIT 2: If something like this were implemented, having it in use should 100% stop your well-fed bonuses from coming in.
I don't want this used as a tool to ignore the site. Im not worried about my dragons going hungry because I know it doesnt really affect them. It's because I find the lower health bars really aesthetically Bad, especially when they're uneven with each other. Another solution could be toggle-able health bars.)

I wouldn't mind something like this - I always keep my dragons at 100%, unless I can't get on for a day or so. I have enough food for a few months. Seeing the bar below 100% bothers me, and I attend to it as soon as I can. Would be nice if I didn't have to feed my dragons myself - I mean, I'm already going to take care of it in a few minutes, why can't the site do it for me? Running out of food isn't an issue. Would of course have to be toggle-able, so my dragons wouldn't eat everything if I was gone a month. Not a major game changer or anything, but convenient.

I don't see why this is necessary, since 'starving' dragons don't die. The reason that they can't feed themselves is -I think- because of the daily bonus. It's a bonus if you're active, and not a hindrance if you're not

The purpose of not automatically feeding dragons is to get players to use the site regularly. Otherwise players would just ditch the site for weeks until their food stores were emptied, all while racking up currency passively with no engagement. It would be damaging to the site's revenue as most of it comes from advertisements.
In addition, it would be unfair to active players if other people got the daily bonus while not engaging with the site for long stretches of time.

It's like that on purpose so inactive players aren't getting the well-fed boosts when they aren't actively playing
No support since it's against the point of dragon's losing their energy.

How do you see this working with the well-fed bonus? Hunger is supposed to incentivize you to actually, you know, log on and play the game.

Help I'm trapped in a signature!
We'd be ok with this if it turned off the well-fed bonus. Some people don't want their dragons to go hungry and that's ok even if it doesn't really have any practical use since dragons eat the same number of points whether you feed them daily or once a week :D
No support if you want the well-fed bonus to stay, you shouldn't get an activity bonus if you aren't active :D

If using this feature disabled the well fed bonus, then sure.
However, if well fed bonuses do get applied while using this feature, then no support as the point of the bonus is to encourage people to log in and actively play every day.

Pretty much this, though I don't see the point since dragons don't die, but if it automatically disabled the well fed bonus and you couldn't earn it until 3 days after feeding normally, then fine.
