Beneath every dragon on your lair page (or right below the "exalt" button on the dragons' pages) are a series of buttons/icons/stamps that give info on the dragon. A heart if it has a familiar, a shield if it's in a coli team, ect.
Wouldn't it be neat if, using images already in the game's emoji dex, you could set your own custom buttons? That way you can scroll through your clan page and quickly see information on each dragon beyond the "can't breed yet" "is perma bab" ect. It would also allow for another layer of organization beyond lair tabs.
Personally, I'd use this to quickly mark out which of my dragons have finished bios or WIP bios without needing to mess up my current method of lair tab organization. But really the possibilities are endless for how each player wants to utilize them.
Limitations
Obviously, what the limits are would ultimately be up to staff, assuming they even consider this idea. These are just the limits I would put on them.
- First and foremost, any buttons already used in the game (again, such as the heart for familiars) would be unavailable for use in custom buttons. Keeps things clean and simple.
- At most, I'd imagine you could only set one or two buttons per dragon. Again, keeps everything clean and simple
- On buttons right now, you can hover over them to see what they mean. I don't think allowing users to make custom messages like these for the buttons they place would be a good idea. It could cause way too many issues, like trying to hide rule breaking content behind them or another Bee Movie script crash. Maybe possible if they had a strict character cap... but I'd still think it'd be a little risky.
As for explaining what each button means, you could explain in the dragon's bio or your clan bio. Again, these would be pulled from the FR emoji dex, so you could use them anywhere on the sight.
I am a little worried this idea may be only useful to a rather small group of people, but who knows! I could always be wrong.
Edit 1: didn't realize that the old title could be confused for saying "pay for a scry" rip. Made it clear(?) that's not what's being discussed.
