I expected to be able to see the scene behind my avatar dragon. I think it would add a nice bit of further customization to avatars (I never did care for the plain white background). Maybe it would be a bit busy, but, skins and apparel show up in the avatar, so why not the equipped scene?

When I saw the update, I was like "Finally, my forum posts can look pretty and not have that aggravating white box in the middle of my vista!" I bought a Scene for my avatar dragon, went to go look at my posts, and I was so incredibly disappointed. This is half of why I wanted scenes in the first place, to get rid of the ugly white background on avatar dragons. I don't understand why they don't show up at all.

definitely think allowing scenes to show in the avatar pic would be great. it seems kind of weird that they don't. i can't claim to know anything about coding but making it so the background wouldn't show up in the avatar images almost seems like it would be extra effort. or maybe the backgrounds just aren't implemented in a way that the avatar pic generator as it exists can recognize.

The background is applied to the dragon's bio page, not the dragon image. Avatars pull from the dragon image. It would be cool if you could toggle the background showing up, but it would require additional coding and I understand why they didn't make it the default.

support! as long as the coding isn't too hard, tho. i was super excited for my orange/autumn-y forum aes to be completed with the autumn scene instead of the white background.

Support! Sad to see this was not the default. Imagine seeing a nice beach like scene behind the boy in my avatar, even if you can only see a little of it.
also v nice for dragons like SDs and Banescales that have a lot of white space, or maybe a dragon wearing marva's cloak? There is creativity to be had there

Not sure how much coding effort it would take but if its not terrible it would be a huge help given people tend to be on the forums more often then lairs (unless working on outfits or lore or something) since the weird white space is commonly agreed to be a pain (and I rember people would list what dragons/genders best caused less white space) and weird looking with vistas making them so obvious
