The title itself is explanatory but I just think it would be nice to have a 10 year anniversary to re-release the imp scrolls, even if its out for a week or something.

While I don't think it was a good idea for staff to make imp scrolls KS only and would love if they could be rereleased even if it's in some sort of way that would be very hard to obtain (Roundsey), I do think it is best they keep to their promise, so no support.

No support. Kickstarter was a contract with clear terms.
Nobody needs g1s. They're not functionally different from any other dragon, except the astronomically unlikely event where you get two dragons too closely related to breed (as g1s never have that problem.) Imperials are perfectly obtainable. G1s are a luxury good, and "I want one" has always struck me as a pretty flimsy argument against violating the Kickstarter. It wasn't just a matter of people getting to pay real money for deals that don't exist anymore; it was throwing money into a bunch of question marks that might never give a return on investment, and that's the reason we have this site today.

I wouldn't be nearly as opposed to them creating a new imp scroll to put into Roundsey, because while it's still technically breaking that promise, the impact is minimal - no long-term effects to anyone involved in the original deal, or anyone that dabbled in the economics. It's more of a 'breaking the letter but not the spirit' kind of thing.
Tossing them in the marketplace for a week is so much nope, and invites its own dramas - what about the people with 50 million treasure in their vaults that end up buying out the whole stocks to resell years later, when your average joe is lucky if he can grab one or two? What about the people who aren't online that week and end up missing out? What about the people who spent years saving up hundreds of thousands of gems, or selling everything else of value they owned on the site, for something that was guaranteed to be retired and is suddenly flooding the streets? Scattersights already showed us how well limited anniversary releases go over, and those didn't have the misfortune of being an item with a lot of drama before they were set loose into the wild.

It sounds like it could be chaotic and hugely problematic for a few reasons. There are plenty of people who, even though they don't have a gen1 imp or want one, agree that they should not come back. It would be insane on so many levels, plus, when they were released, it was promised that you'd only be able to get them at the kickstarter (I think, I might be wrong, but that's what I've seen.)
However, I can see one other clear problem- how are they available? treasure marketplace would be a horrible idea- people would grab all of those, mark them up high, and then people would be angry. gem marketplace might work, but then the people who can buy gems or just have a ton of them could buy a ton and that might not be great either. If everyone got one from Galore that's a whole disaster on its own. Swipp or something might be okay but it wouldn't really make sense.
so I'll have to say no support. much as I would love a gen1 imp, it would be difficult to make it work and they're rare and valuable for a reason.

Nope.
The kickstarter items were advertised as "unique kickstarter-only items".
They should not be released as anniversary items.

I see both sides here, both are incredibly valid. 10th anniversary for anything is no small thing, after all. But you can't break the contract of the kickstarter either. But honestly I don't think people realize that there is another possible way you could obtain gen 1 imperials for such an event without the scrolls. Hell, it was already done for the Banes and I think things turned out pretty well overall.
Unhatched Imperial Eggs.

not an imperial scroll, so it doesn't break the contract.
the value of scrolls is all over the place anyways; people can probably sell hatchlings for a booty ton of cash though
