I was just thinking about this last night and im not sure if this sugfestion has been made before or what kind of coding would have to get done to implement it, but id love a way to see what dragons have passed through your lair in the past. Im writing lore and i kind of wish that I could see what dragons i had at the beginning of my clan to add them into the lore as well.

If this were possible it would be very cool :D especially to take a look back at when I was new. I remember very little about the dragons I had.

Support, I think this would be feasible to code.

I get too many pings, please PM if you ping and I don’t respond
I've seen this suggestion before but it looks like the OP deleted it.
It's an interesting feature for people who hatch/buy/sell very few dragons. For some of us the data requirements are a bit excessive.
Let's take last week. Last week I sent a bit over 700 dragons to Plague's OOF raffle. Judging by the multiple elements sold by players I bought from some if not most of those dragons had been sold at least once before ending up in whoever aged them up to adults. I then sent them to Plague members.
On average those dragons went to 2-3 different lairs. For the most part this is useless data and it's highly doubtful the site has kept track of all the lairs every dragon has been through in the past given that it would have to cover the 64 million+ dragons that have been hatched.
Since this would only be a feature that goes back to whenever it's added and can't be retrofit it's not going to help anyone look at the past history before it's added.

I want to live in Theory. Everything works there.
Have you checked the Gem MP for Gene and Breed scrolls before buying an AH listing from me ending in 5g?

I tend to buy and exalt hundreds of dragons a week. While a cool idea, the data requirements would be way too high for very little benefit.

If you could filter at least by the year, I support.
Otherwise, while this is a lovely idea, I believe it would be hell to code for the devs. Especially considering all the exalting lairs.

I think this is a great idea, but would be pretty hard to implement/code. I'd also love this, it'd be fun to see who's passed through your lair and gone where!

Hmmmmmm mixed support. Though it would be neat.
My concern comes from dragons that are exalted. I am sure that they are already tied to the exalter's account in some way becuase if the account moves flights, their exalted dragons are moved to the corresponding dragon. So this could make a list of "dragons exalted from this clan" feasible. buuuuut that could also make it easier for people to harass other users over names/lack of. This could be mitigated by an option to make the list private.
A full list of dragons in/out of a lair would be neat but idk exactly what burdens it would add to the list.

This is what I assume as well, that the information for 'which lairs this dragon had been' isn't already stored in the system, because none of the current features uses that information, not even the restoration or exalt-dragons-go-with-lair parts use that.
In other words, any records of dragon movement would only be recorded AFTER this feature is added, which would only be useful to new lairs after this date if one wants to track their very first dragons. There's no way these information can be added back into the system retrospectively.
And Crowbar had mentioned a very valid point - exalt lairs. Right now no one can track down who exalted what dragon unless they followed that dragon's movement every second. But if this becomes a feature it'll be easy for anyone, or if made private the parents/previous owner of a dragon to track down who's the last person owning that dragon, then message them about why they 'not named it before exalt', 'why exalt it', 'why name it such and such' and so on.

Maybe you get a check box to tick to mark dragons you're keeping. N if you sell or exalt them It gets added to this history page.
Or you can press a "record" button that records your dragon in its current apparel (and maybe bio?) to the history, and if you click the button again it overwrites that.
I'm tentative on whether a link to the dragon should be available here for harassment reasons, but a history does sound pretty cool.
Honestly if we keep it link free, and maybe just images, names, familiar maybe, bio maybe, we wouldn't necessarily have to tack extra data onto the dragon and it could be tied to the lair itself.
