Had a couple of ideas to make coli more accessible to players with disabilities, so I thought I'd share. I'd love input from other players on this! If you have any opinions or other ideas, please share!

Toggle-able Colorblind Captcha

So I've talked to a few people about how difficult the captcha pictures can be, and I imagine it would be even more difficult for people with colorblindness. My idea would be to create an option for people to instead type a word or phrase correctly in order to pass the captcha instead. Since I'm not colorblind myself, would love input on this idea from people who are. Do you have any difficulties passing captcha? What would help?

Hot Keys Extended

A great feature of coli is you can use the keyboard instead of a mouse which is great for people like me who have carpal tunnel and find it difficult to hold a mouse for long periods of time. Unfortunately this is not fully implemented, as every time you finish a battle, you have to use the mouse to click to go to the next one. This pretty much negates the usefulness of the keybinds, especially when farming lower level venues where you are completing a lot of battles very quickly. I would love to see hot keys added to the victory page.

Hot Keys Re-Mapping

A lot of people have suggested the ability to re-map keybinds in the coliseum which I agree would be a great idea! Could be made easier on wrists, better for lefties, or changed frequently for a wider range of motion.

I'm not colorblind, BUT I do have notoriously bad eye sight and often struggle to see the Captcha. I'd love to be able to type a word in instead, especially as I'm using keyboard hot keys most of the time as it's a bit easier on my hands than clicking.

For that reason, I would also really like the hot keys extended? It makes no sense we have them for almost everything but the return and keep fighting buttons....

I am colorblind and the captcha is ridiculously difficult. I often lock myself out. Any improvement there would make my life much easier, and typing a word would be a huge improvement. Also support for extending hotkeys in general; it's annoying to have to click fight on and break the rhythm.

I'll always support more accessibility features for the Coliseum. I'm not Colorblind, and I have Okay eyesight, but even still, I have trouble finding the dragon in some of the captchas a lot of the time because I tend to get a lot of the ones that are REALLY similar in color to the background.

And I know that a Keybind for "next battle" has been suggested multiple times, and I'd love to see that implemented as well. We have captchas to mitigate Botting, so having a Keybind for next battle wouldn't be a problem. Utilizing the Space bar, or maybe the Tab key would be a good option.

It would be neat if we could create our own Custom keybinds as well.
The current "A, S, D, F, Q, W, E, and R" setup is more in favor of Right handed people.
Someone left handed might want to switch it to something like "L, K, J, H, O, I, U and Y"

Or someone might even want to use the Side number pad as their Keybinds.

I have pretty decent eyesight and I still end up getting captchas wrong because guess I miss the required area sometimes as even though I can find the dragon, I get another captcha sometimes when I click it. I'd love another option.

Also, a next battle key would be GREAT. And customizable keybinds, I'd switch a couple if it was possible...

Support for accessibility always. I fail captchas regularly and I have perfect eyesight, can't imagine how awful it is for anyone with worse eyesight or colorblindness. Next battle keybind should have been there from the start, as it stands I just set my cursor on the button and map a button on my controller to left click.

While we're on that topic, coliseum should have remappable controls. Using an external program for it is basically the only way right now, I mapped the keybinds to my controller in a much more comfortable setup. Keep in mind that I don't even have any wrist problems, I'm even a staunch kb+m player in games like FFXIV, but the way the keys are set up is just that tiny bit off for the coli. I think they made a decent selection of keys that can be reached by a left hand comfortably, but the order in which they are generally pressed actually makes it pretty uncomfortable to repeatedly perform the same series of inputs, which is exactly what coli asks of you. Inputs are instant with keyboard controls so you can play at lightning speed, but doing so with default controls destroys your wrists. It's also blatantly awful for people who prefer to use their mouse with their left hand.

Support all of this!! I'm not even colorblind and the STUPID captcha is OVERLY difficult! Like bro, it gives me a headache.
