Exactly what it says in the title. I can't come up with any good reason why they wouldn't be possible, since ancients have accents without apparel. As someone suggested before in a similar-ish thread, they could be only for permababies to prevent glitches with hatchlings growing.

Forever support, every time I see this suggestion come up. I have a lot of permababies, and I would love to be able to customize them. ;__; I want to give my favorites custom markings with an accent, or make them look like they’re wearing little flowers or ribbons.
Big support. Inability to customize permababies has deterred me from collecting any real number of them despite me loving a lot of the hatchling poses; people would have a blast decorating these little guys. Plus, I'd think any reason to get an uptick of gem sales (permababy scrolls, blueprints, and UMA orders) would be a good thing for the site.

Support, because please I’d love this option. There’s so many dragons I’d love to have as a permababy, but I just want something to make them that bit more unique than another user’s. (I’m not saying someone’s permababy is less unique than another’s, just that if two users have XXY Obsidian/cyan coatls, they look far more identical than if they were full dragons with unique apparel.)
