There is no skip button for quests I can't afford to do at the moment and I've literally hit a brick wall with the hibden quests. I can't afford to buy gems to buy eggs from people off the AH and the coli rarely drops them.
I would like to suggest a skip button for quests that people can't do at that moment. Not to get rid of those quests entirely just send them to the back of the list so that we can do them later.

The thing is if people could skip them plenty of people would just never do them. I like that there's harder quests mixed in with the easier ones and gives people things to work through instead of just a ton of easy and cheaper ones and then a bunch of expensive ones at the end.
Yes you will eventually have a block like you're at but you can earn treasure to buy eggs or gems from other players. I say this as someone who has done all the quests and that included giving up profit I could have had from eggs I obtained for it and getting past that wall of eggs.

support! i don't see the harm in a skip button if it doesn't completely get rid of the tasks. it's kind of unfair to have people get completely stuck like that and being able to temporarily skip tasks and come back to them later when you do have the items or funds would be useful and more user-friendly for people who don't have the time, energy, or money for a specific set of tasks in that moment.

i wouldnt mind a shuffle that maybe you could do like once a week to month or if it naturally shuffled through remaining occasionally just to give people the ability to get unstuck in ways but to still make it so it can have some difficulty.

This would be nice, but I think it’s designed the way it is on purpose. It seems like you’re supposed to do some of the more difficult quests before getting more easy ones as a part of the challenge. With that, the tough quests like turning in an egg don’t just give you one slot like they would if you were able to save them for last, but unlock many easy quests that give you a bunch of slots. But I wouldn’t really complain if I was able to get a bunch of slots for more fodder more easily.

I'm pretty sure it's designed as is to offset how incredibly cheap most of the slots are. I don't think there should be a skip button. It might take a little while to save up for some people, but eggs are far from prohibitively expensive - 4 days of Fairgrounds.

Yeah, it feels designed. Still, I do wish there was perhaps a way to skip or shuffle a few quests, as some of them can be quite frustrating. i'm pretty convinced Blend is a gene that is only rumored to appear in the marketplace, and does not actually exist. (This is incorrect, i'm just frustrated because it took me about 3 months to find a Blend in the marketplace).
It still might be nice to have some limited shuffling too, such as eggs with eggs, or genes with genes. They're all obtained the same way after all, you might just be having trouble finding one over the others.

no support. the hibden quests are designed to be progressive as you can see in the way you get the items (coliseum stages, gathering levels, etc)
plus eggs aren't that expensive, a couple days on the fairgrounds or selling thing on the AH is enough to buy these, same for the genes and breedchanges.

Oh, I love this idea!
It would also be nice if I could choose which quests to do as well, cause sometimes I tend to get items for hibden and I can't really hoardsell them, so then they just sit there waiting until I get to the point where I can use them (which could take a long time)
I also think that this would be a good idea for newer players who can't really get that much treasure easily (or those who cant do fairgrounds bc they cant focus/have hand problems)
And if someone got an egg but didn't have the egg task, they could skip to that task and do it right away!
