TOPIC | Plague Type Coli Venue
So I noticed that we have a lot of coli venues based on different areas of the world map, but none that seem to depict any of the horrors of the plague region. I think there's some untapped potential awaiting us if we try to make use of a plague themed coli venue. So what I was thinking... Imagine a barren wasteland similar to the Abiding Boneyard. Dust and stone as far as thee eye can see. Nothing alive for miles. But then, suddenly you are surrounded by monstrous creatures of various shapes and sizes. They're either covered in pulsating growths or skeletal remains from their various kin. Goo drips from their mouths and you know that the last thing you want is to be bitten by one. You theorize that they could be escaped experiments but there is no time to think. Luckily you make your escape from the fiendish creatures by fighting your way through them. And thus, you continue your trek down the long and unforgiving trail. Obviously, this area would be the perfect area to grind during the Plague holiday due to an abundance of plague monsters. And that's my suggestion-- I hope you guys like it!

Innnteresting! Perhaps less... gruesome, but yes! it sounds interesting. and a plague themed venue would be quite nice to have!

I like the gorescape!
Maybe its part of the exclusion zone and dragons are fighting to keep the beasts contained??

DemonicHeart's suggestion of it being part of the exclusion zone is REALLY good ngl

it could also be around the foot of the seedscar! where there r like.. overgrown, diseased plant life and creatures lurk and attempt to grow outside of the area.

OR near the rotrock rim! it's still very barren, and the proximity to the wyrmwound provides many possible ideas and some kinds of monsters. Perhaps boss enemies are creatures that tumbled into the festering wound, and have taken up residence around it in some crooked desire to protect it or conceal it or keep it for themselves, to continue empowering themselves with the undiluted sickness within

hmmm

Very cool idea! I would hope it would be as a gruesome as a 13+ game can get away with - Plague deserves that at this point, I think. For folks who would prefer not to grind there, they can... not grind there.

I would want it at least as gnarly as the Shadow Temple from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

Always support.

There are so many possibilities with the Plague venue, and a lot of them would be on the same gnarly level as the elephant graveyard from The Lion King.

Huge support! I'm always interested in a Plague venue. If we Arcanites can have body horror in our venue [multiple eyes on the tangles and flyers, multiple limbs/heads on the ferberus, floating eyeballs, etc] why can't Plague have something a bit gross? I love the experiment/exclusion zone idea, there's plenty of potential for cool familiars there.
