[size=2]If this was happening yesterday; the marketplace was glitched to dump all items multiple times an hour thus causing the entire marketplace to go out of stock frequently. It was not because of "snipers". ([i]I would like to note that snipers are people who come in at the last second of an auction to outbid the current high bid, not someone who buys items from the marketplace to resell on the AH. But for the sake of this thread I'll refer to them as "snipers" to keep things concise.[/i]) Reselling is a viable and fundamental strategy to making money on [b]all[/b] petsites, not just flight rising. I don't know if you ever played neopets, but it was a very, very competitive market. How will the admins be able to tell a sniper from someone who genuinely needs multiple genes? What about users who use their flight discount in order to provide discounted genes to other users, and thus end up buying in bulk? I'm sorry you're not very good at playing the market or didn't realize the marketplace dumps were actually a glitch and has supposedly been fixed now, but this entire thread strikes me as incredibly entitled and poorly thought out.

Also, there was a bug in the system making the Marketplace empty its stock, which the Admins both addressed and fixed. It's actually very rare to not see what you want stocked at least once a day, provided you can check five or six times. Saying you checked three times over the course of a week isn't saying very much. I'd also hope that it doesn't make you want to die, that's an extreme reaction over a game.. Perhaps I've had to check a few times in one day, but I've never to date had to go more than a day to purchase something I had wanted. [/color]
