When Safania was very young, she found herself separated from her parents and her clan. Hungry, and with no one else to turn to, she found herself foraging around in the trees of the Windswept Plateau. Desperate for something to eat, she developed a taste for bird eggs. This of course, led to her being attacked by the local birds whenever she came around.

After developing a thick skin from all of her scraps with angry birds growing up, she became quite good at fending them off. She even went as far as to keep the feathers and skulls of particularly nasty opponents.

Her toughest battle yet was with an ostrich, furious after Safania ate her precious egg. Safania hardly survived, and her face was horribly scarred from the attack. With lust for revenge, Safania killed the ostrich while it was resting, and chose to wear her skull on her face from then on. No one in her clan has ever seen her without it.

When she had grown, she was taken in by a wind clan who had noticed her hardships. Mostly unsocialized, she found it very hard to fit in at first. Although she is a plague dragon, she considers herself to be a wind dragon as it's all she's really ever known.

Partner to Jarvis, although they do not have very much in common, he was the first dragon to really accept her as one of their own, and is incredibly grateful to him. She is also incredibly fascinated with the lights that reflect off of his gems, making him seem like a disco ball whenever he goes.
