Hey there! Call me Lemon!
25 || she/her
~ Citrine Citadel ~
"Greetings, traveler." You are greeted by a large obsidian Guardian protecting the outer gate. Her eyes glowed a vibrant yellow against the dark color of her scales. She is not usually what dragons expect to greet them at the gates, given what the Citadel was known for, but she didn't seem as mean as she looked. "If you are here to join, I'd advise you see our leader, Lemon" She started with a rough, but feminine voice. "But, If you are just visiting...you are welcome to, but know it is my duty to watch you, traveler." The Guardian finishes, grinning although it seemed to be at herself as she opened the intricately patterned gate for you to behold the Citadel from within.
You are instantly hit with the smell of multiple candles and incense burning peacefully, but it was somehow not an overwhelming scent. It was warm, like honey and vanilla, or even sandalwood and there was a thin, but calming fog of the sweet smelling smoke that drifted throughout the corridors. The inside looked much bigger than it did on the outside, easily accommodating the Imperials and several other dragon species that resided here. Each area of the Citadel had been decorated carefully, there were potted plants everywhere, crystals and potions placed neatly on shelves, beautiful tapestries lined the stone walls and it seemed as though there was even a dragon dedicated to switching out the many candles and incense when they burnt out. The dragons there were unique among themselves, and yet they seemed to coexist in harmony, even enjoying the presence of others despite most being exiles, outcasts, or unwanted. Whether this was just a visit, or something more permanent like a joining, you somehow knew that it would at least be a pleasant experience.
