Lucille
room 209 | shade hunter They used to come across the border at night in hoards. Running, sneaking, or limping down the great staircase in attempt to escape the harsh sunlight and the harsher light clans that sought to eliminate them. The shade-touched were welcomed into her clan with open arms, but they were too careless and the infection spread, leaving Lucille and Elliot as the only survivors. In the name of public health and safety, the mated pair pledged to hunt down any shade infected dragons that escape the boundaries of the Sunbeam Ruins. Lucille makes use of her antennae to sense their auras, and shoots to kill from her perch high atop the pines. |
There are those who regard the pair as heroes and many others who’ve set out to stop them, so far with little success. Recently, the two have followed their prey all the way to Darksand Resort, but have yet to confront it.
Lucille takes no joy or sorrow in the hunt; she considers it her duty. That is not to say Lucille doesn’t feel deeply, but that she pushes her feelings aside for the "greater good". On the rare occasion that Elliot convinces her to take a break, she enjoys a cup of Earl Grey, a long bath, and some nice music.
She has high expectations for her grandson, Pruitt, and has no reservations about openly criticising him when he does not meet her standard.
