A family is not always blood related. That is this clan's motto. Clan mother Evren always believed so, and while she did have children of her own, most of which decided to serve the Tidelord. While they cannot come back, she loves them all the same, but it left a hole in her heart.
So she took to adopting. Dragons of all flights and breeds became her children, or just her clan-mates, and while new babies are born, they are all connected in a circle of familial love. Now the clan is connected in a constant bond, and while some leave to join other clans, and some stay, they will forever love one another.
